“What's not to love about Stir Crazy? It's the ideal coffee shop. Nice, friendly neighborhood sort of place on MacArthur, very popular with all ages and for good reasons. The best thing about the place is the staff, they are just the greatest, every single one of them. I can't say enough good things about them. I'm a retired old fogey and I go there a lot; I am very comfortable there.“

“I highly recommend Front Porch for those who are gluten free. I am extremely sensitive and I had no issues. The GF bread was normal size! The Reuben was yummy, the potato salad was delicious and creamy, and the pound cake was so so good!!“

“Stopped by The Sidewalk Cafe for a bite after visiting the Capitol.
We had the gyro, the roasted pork sandwich, and the portobello sandwich. They were all absolutely delish. The portions were huge- we went home with half a sandwich and fries as leftovers. The atmosphere is your favorite hometown bar. Just over all a great experience.“

“A little on the pricey side but food was so good, its like I cooked it myself. I was very surprised and happy about that. Usually going out to eat isn't as good as home-cooked meals. Staff was very friendly and even though its not sanitary in my opinion, they have a sitting area with a bunch of children's books and toys for little ones. They even printed out holiday themed menus for children with coloring page on the back. We plan on coming here again.“

“I have been twice now and both times the food was great. The view is outside is gorgeous btw. Now as for the food the menu is a variety of dishes themed from different parts of the world. It honestly doesn’t matter what you get it’s going to be delicious. If it’s on the menu when you go I highly recommend the Georgian flatbread, the bao buns, the chorreadas, or the cachapas!“

“I had the Atlantic omelette and I was so impressed. It truly had lump crab and lobster in the omelette some omelettes when you deal with seafood are skimpy with the crab and lobster, but hands-down Lulu was one of the best and their omelette was truly well done sometimes omelettes are not cooked all the way through. It was just an amazing experience for me, I was thoroughly impressed. I will be coming back lol 😂 I saw 👀 the chicken and red velvet waffles!“

“Amuse was the perfect lunch spot on Valentine's Day. We were seated right by the window, which was a nice surprise. The service was excellent and food was perfect from start to finish. I enjoyed the savory chicken sandwich the most it was soooo good! The Japanese curry was good. The red bean bun is not what I thought it would be, but it is okay. They were very generous with the Boba and the milk tea was delicious (better priced than most places).“

We especially enjoyed the sour cherry pistachio croissant, which was soft yet flaky and made with fresh ingredients. The chai tea latte was a bit subtle in flavor and could benefit from a bolder profile. Lines can get long and seating is limited, so visiting early is recommended.“

“Absolutely friendly and wonderful staff, great food, and we witnessed a moment of humanity and kindness from a staff member I assume is the manager toward a woman who came in after us that nearly made me cry. The food is great and that’s reason enough to go back, but their mission of community support and visible and heartfelt recognition of the humanity of others in our community will have us going back again and again. “I was visit my parents and walked through our neighborhood to get some local coffee and breakfast on a Sunday morning. While I couldn’t sit/order inside because of the dogs, the barista was more than accommodating to take my order from their outdoor seating and bring me my food and drink. I don’t think it was on the menu but I ordered and espresso soda (espresso, club soda, vanilla syrup) and the barista was once again very accommodating and made it no problem. It was super good! I also ordered an egg and cheese on an English muffin which was delicious. Seemed like white cheddar and a soft fried egg. Would highly recommend this local place! I also appreciated how early they were open on a Sunday morning. I paid about $11 before tipping.“

High quality ingredients, all dishes are made to order and fresh and hot and delicious, generous portions and the bread is to die for!
