“Service was awesome. Food was good, especially sesame bun when we sat down, and good tomato brushetta. Not a fan a dogmatic menu statements against substitutions, etc. Also my wife was not impressed with having to ask for (and pay extra) for a tiny bowl of side pasta for chicken parm. Tables seem to be too close together. Overall OK experience being our first time there.“

“Tony's already has the best Sausage Peppers and Chicken Parm in the DMV. If I'm wrong PLEASE let me know where has better! Only thing is the pasta needs to be slightly more al dente. If you really want to impress people, get better side bread or garlic bread and maybe use thinly shredded lettuce like the Italian Gourmet deli in the side salad.“

“We've come as a family many times, and they do such an incredible job! The clam appetizer came with the most delectable sauce, and the best doughy bread to go with it. The fried calamari is outstanding, flaky and fresh. Really loved the eggplant parmesan too. For entree we loved the seafood pasta, it was packed with the best combination of seafood and not lacking at all with an incredible sauce. I've had the seafood soup many times also. The halibut was cooked perfectly. Last time we came was a very busy Christmas Eve and even then the service was as warm and incredibly hospitable as ever even with a packed dining room. We loved the cappuccino ice cream desert and the cannoli and profiterole. Very good coffee too.“

From the time I make reservations through walking through the front door of the restaurant, the service, the managers, the chef, the food, to serving the BEST ITALIAN CUISINE SINCE ITALY, and cleanliness in the restrooms. Look, I live in Old Town Alexandria, VA, where there are some of the best Italian restaurants on the East Coast but those restaurants do not compare to my Maggiano’s. I seriously have to drive out of my way, Springfield, to get the Best Italian on the East Coast. It’s worth every second. The cuisine inside this Maggiano’s tastes exactly like my Italian grandparent’s cooked it. I frequent this restaurant at least once or twice a week. They are very kid friendly and also a great place for meeting friends. Tip, the bar area is a bit quieter if there is a lot of noise or families in the main area. Not a bad thing, just a factor in how you want your dining experience to go.“

“I’ve been coming here for years and always had a great experience. They serve some of the best Italian dishes in all on Northern VA. The place is really clean and the staff are very friendly. It seems to be a favorite spot for locals with a very family friendly vibe. I really like their fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and the Pollo Bryan. The calamari here is excellent at well. On Monday nights, they have a large 3 topping pizza for only $11.99 which is an amazing deal for a high quality brick oven pizza. They also have prime rib on Wednesday nights which I love to get too. Whenever I meet up with friends at Giradinos, they all say that the food is great too. I need to try some more of their entrees but it’s hard to when I really love getting what I’m used to. Highly recommend this place if you love Italian dishes, brick oven pizza and some good wine.“

“Had a wonderful dinner with friends here. The menu has a great selection. The food we ordered were all delicious. We had the scallops, meatballs and crab dip for appetizers. Lamb chops, crab cakes and ribeye for main course. Mango sorbet and cappuccino creme brûlée for dessert. We liked all of it except the risotto that accompanied the lamb chop. Our wonderful server was fantastic. I give this restaurant 5 stars for quality of food, price and service.“

Place an early online order to make sure you get one. The desserts are delicious, especially the tres leches cake and tiramisu. We drive about 20 minutes to pick up their food, bypassing many chains.
