“Luciano has always been special for me. I grew up in the area before moving to New York but always make a point to dine here when ever I come back down. The veal and chicken dishes are always delicious. Their own salad dressing is excellent. My most recent visit didn't let me down. My waiter was extremely attentive and polite. I highly recommend.“

“Went 3/7/2026 at 11AM. There was one guy working in store. Wish I knew his name. He is the god damn best pizza maker. He needs to be going around all the Dominos to teach everyone how to make a proper zza. I usually get something from this store once a week and I can tell if this man is not working that day because the pizza is mediocre. If I can find out this man’s schedule, I would only order when I know he’s working. If this guy is not working, this place gets only 2 stars. Still can’t get over how good the pizza is. “For several years, the pizzas from Great Falls Deli Italiano were wonderful. Then the problems started - always something unsatisfactory with every order. And the pizza toppings were extremely skimpy. So we stopped ordering from them. Yesterday we decided to give them another try. Glad we did - the Quattro Formaggi pizza and the big steak sub were both delicious. Of course, based on previous experiences with skimpy toppings, I paid for extra amounts of each of the cheeses on the pizza. Do not know what it would be like without paying for extra amounts of toppings.“

“Review is for the new PUPATELLA off Slater's Lane in Alexandria VA. It's in my neighborhood so we walked. Noticed limited # spot parking lot, minimal if any street parking. Went on opening day around 1145 am; got seated right away but servers were largely absent throughout stay. Took ~10 min for someone to show up to take our drink order and food order. Seasonal specials on the menu but not actually available to order yet. Went with soft drinks, margarita pizza, and brussels sprouts app. Food was fabulous and served quickly. No server appeared to check on us or to refill drinks; I believe the marketing manager ended up checking on us and helped out. Also no server to bring bill so we closed the tab at their point of sale system. Decor is plain; hopefully they will add some art to the walls at some point. Two unisex bathrooms were clean. Very narrow pathway to get to them past the indoor seating and the bar seating. Large folks and wheelchairs will struggle to navigate to the bathrooms. The usable space inside the narrow building is limited so not sure if this is a fixable issue. Patio seating is a mix of low tables and high tables/chairs, assortment of non-adjustable small umbrellas to block sun, looked like they could be moved around. Clearly dog-friendly, I saw at least three water bowls in use or available to use. Saw a lot of vehicle traffic on Slater's, but did not hear the traffic on Slater's or the GW parkway. Most tables inside and out were occupied; the music over the speakers and the ambient patron noise was loud enough to drown out traffic. There is an access road and line of trees between the restaurant and GW parkway which helps to minimize the traffic view. Food was worth another visit, though you should give them time to upskill their servers and perhaps hire more servers. Given the parking issue and the limited seating inside and out, I suspect this location is more suited for walking locals and carry-out than travelling diners. This location isn't really suited to be a destination dining experience.“

“Matchbox used to be one of my favorite restaurant chains. Now that it's owned by some big corporate company, it sucks. The drinks and food are expensive at the Mosaic location. and there for very few people there. It used to have such a great vibe; it was always full of people at the tables and the bar. please bring back the original owners!“

One must eat their slice on site. I took the create 8 slices which was great. BUT the slice I ate there was beyond spectacular. The crispy delicate crust was lost at home compared to my experience at Andy's. Reheating pizza is an art, but there as something special at the restaurant. My first experience with Andy's but I already have favorites:
#1 - pepperoni
#2+ - mushroom & onion and the white.
I also purchased the Albe Barolo 2022 and enjoyed at home. Very berry, light, and did not disappoint. Paired well with the pizza!

The burgers are super loaded with the meats, cheeses, sauces, and the buns are super soft. Trust me when I tell you these burgers are huge. “Great pizza and highly recommend!! The sampler gave us a great taste of their wide variety of appetizers. I really enjoyed the zucchini fries and the contrast of the crunch of the breading and the natural sweetness of the zucchini. The arancini had great texture and the rice acted as a nice outer layer and provided great crunch. The eggplant pizza was so good and the sweetness really elevated the taste and the texture was enjoyable. The sausage and onion combo and enjoyable and complemented each other nicely. The dessert sampler was nice and sweet and the nutella sauce added great flavor and cut the sweetness and the cannoli texture added nice variety to the meal.“
