“Service was awesome. Food was good, especially sesame bun when we sat down, and good tomato brushetta. Not a fan a dogmatic menu statements against substitutions, etc. Also my wife was not impressed with having to ask for (and pay extra) for a tiny bowl of side pasta for chicken parm. Tables seem to be too close together. Overall OK experience being our first time there.“

“Went 3/7/2026 at 11AM. There was one guy working in store. Wish I knew his name. He is the god damn best pizza maker. He needs to be going around all the Dominos to teach everyone how to make a proper zza. I usually get something from this store once a week and I can tell if this man is not working that day because the pizza is mediocre. If I can find out this man’s schedule, I would only order when I know he’s working. If this guy is not working, this place gets only 2 stars. Still can’t get over how good the pizza is. “For several years, the pizzas from Great Falls Deli Italiano were wonderful. Then the problems started - always something unsatisfactory with every order. And the pizza toppings were extremely skimpy. So we stopped ordering from them. Yesterday we decided to give them another try. Glad we did - the Quattro Formaggi pizza and the big steak sub were both delicious. Of course, based on previous experiences with skimpy toppings, I paid for extra amounts of each of the cheeses on the pizza. Do not know what it would be like without paying for extra amounts of toppings.“

“Review is for the new PUPATELLA off Slater's Lane in Alexandria VA. It's in my neighborhood so we walked. Noticed limited # spot parking lot, minimal if any street parking. Went on opening day around 1145 am; got seated right away but servers were largely absent throughout stay. Took ~10 min for someone to show up to take our drink order and food order. Seasonal specials on the menu but not actually available to order yet. Went with soft drinks, margarita pizza, and brussels sprouts app. Food was fabulous and served quickly. No server appeared to check on us or to refill drinks; I believe the marketing manager ended up checking on us and helped out. Also no server to bring bill so we closed the tab at their point of sale system. Decor is plain; hopefully they will add some art to the walls at some point. Two unisex bathrooms were clean. Very narrow pathway to get to them past the indoor seating and the bar seating. Large folks and wheelchairs will struggle to navigate to the bathrooms. The usable space inside the narrow building is limited so not sure if this is a fixable issue. Patio seating is a mix of low tables and high tables/chairs, assortment of non-adjustable small umbrellas to block sun, looked like they could be moved around. Clearly dog-friendly, I saw at least three water bowls in use or available to use. Saw a lot of vehicle traffic on Slater's, but did not hear the traffic on Slater's or the GW parkway. Most tables inside and out were occupied; the music over the speakers and the ambient patron noise was loud enough to drown out traffic. There is an access road and line of trees between the restaurant and GW parkway which helps to minimize the traffic view. Food was worth another visit, though you should give them time to upskill their servers and perhaps hire more servers. Given the parking issue and the limited seating inside and out, I suspect this location is more suited for walking locals and carry-out than travelling diners. This location isn't really suited to be a destination dining experience.“

“Matchbox used to be one of my favorite restaurant chains. Now that it's owned by some big corporate company, it sucks. The drinks and food are expensive at the Mosaic location. and there for very few people there. It used to have such a great vibe; it was always full of people at the tables and the bar. please bring back the original owners!“

“TL;DR: good pizza and fast service

We have been to the one in Tyson's locations,, but we finally got a chance to try this location. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor season, with a full bars with TVs as well. There are two distinct lines, one for whole pies and one for by the slice. They also have a handful of combos which is the way we went.

We got the pepperoni special (5/5) which was our favorite. The sausage and pepper (3/5) was solid but nothing special. Overall, the dough/crust was a perfect balance of crunch, chew, and substance.

“Some of the most delicious burgers I've ever had! I absolutely love burgers and always on the hunt for a huge, juicy, flavor packed, stacked high burger and this place is amazing. The burgers are super loaded with the meats, cheeses, sauces, and the buns are super soft. Trust me when I tell you these burgers are huge. The cook definitely knows how to churn out delicious burgers. Probably my new favorite burger spot in town. Thank you for such great food! Will be back next week :)“

“Not only is the food great, but the owner treated us like guests in his home rather than just customers. “Yo this burger place definitely surprised me. The burger was juicy, fries were crispy, and the milkshake honestly slapped 😂. Food quality was easily the best part of the whole experience.
