“Cups and claws cat cafe is amazing! Great entry prices, snacks and hot and cold beverages. We visited when we first moved to Virginia and the staff were so kind and all of the kitties have such unique personalities! Most of them are adoptable and looking for furrever homes. We fell in love with a cat named Mama and adopted her! The adoption process was thorough but easy and the cafe was very flexible. I highly recommend going but be careful because you might fall in love.“
“My wife found this place we tried it and absolutely love the service here. We go back weekly for their brown sugar fresh milk and fill it with tapioca pearls. Our kids enjoy the strawberry fresh milk with ice cream and our daughter tried the egg waffle with ice cream and it was delicious. “We wanted to surprise our design specialist for her birthday yesterday. Hitch: she has Celiac's so gluten-free was an absolute must. My husband typed in "gluten-free cupcakes near me" on his phone and found Indulge. A pleasant voice on the phone said they had a gluten-free carrot "muffin" (later, looking at the menu, I saw that it was also "vegan"). We were able to pick up a dozen. She was so surprised. Ate one myself: unbelievably moist and flavorful, great mouth feel, heavenly cream cheese icing (which I doubt was vegan, but I'm sure that you could pre-order without). I can't wait to check out the rest of their menu!“
“I was AGAIN in bliss. Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly: the fish, the chicken, the string beans, the beans & rice, the potato salad....and that PINEAPPLE CAKE. My family loved all the food and took plates home. They wanted to know where they could get more of this home cooking. Kente's will always be our place of great comfort food!“

“The greatest culinary mystery of Hampton Roads is how Taste makes their multi-grain bread taste so good! Plenty of crunchy crust, pillowy soft interior, thick enough to where it holds up the sandwich ingredients, but not too thick to where it overwhelms the other ingredients. My go to's are the Beach Club (roast beef instead of ham) and the Northender (Swiss cheese instead of Havarti and house dressing instead of basil mayo). Don't skip on the house or hot house dressings. The bottles aren't cheap, but it's the chef's kiss to these sandwiches. And major props for having Dr Brown's soda and Route 11 chips! Parking is usually a challenge, so if you get a spot on the street, count your blessings. Plenty of seating and there's also a lot of grab and go options as well.“
“We had a great time here. See planes and the Apollo space capsule. There was info to read and hands on exhibits. My only complaint is that some of the hands on things were broken and some of the TV's had the volume so low it was difficult to hear. Your admission comes with a choice of movies at the Omnimax theater. It was a fun and informative day.“

“I discovered this cafe on a morning walk. It's right next to he Bass Pro Shop. I had the fried flounder on hoagie with a side of pasta salad and it was so fresh and delicious! It as served with bread and butter pickles on the side. My favorite! For dessert I had oatmeal cookie filled with icing that was far superior to the Little Debbie oatmeal cream sandwiches. Can't wait to sample the breakfast menu. Highly recommend!!!!“
“When me & my partner walked in, we didn’t know what to expect. Everything from the food, the service to the atmosphere is 10/10. Cozy, sweet people, sweets & delicious food. I got a turkey Ruben & butternut squash soup - AMAZING! My partner got a shrimp burger - he said it’s a 5,000,000,00/10. So good that we made a second order of the same stuff TO GO. Anytime we are in the area, we will be back. MUST try. Everyone who’s written bad reviews must have been having a bad day because this is in the top two best restaurants I’ve ever been to. “OMG! This cute little spot is amazing. We were seated immediately, had great service and our food was amazing. The Shrimp & Grits were the best I’ve had, the Brisket Burrito ??, and my family love their 185. We will make this a mandatory stop when we visit the area.“
