“Great food every time. I have been to the Norfolk location and the Virginia Beach location and they are both top notch. Everything I have tried is excellent. Last time we got the Smoke Stack Sammich, which includes brisket, pulled pork and their smoked sausage. It is so tasty and you get a bit of everything. The pork belly is great. The pork rinds are the best you can get. The wings with the dry rub are killer. We got the Tommy Boy, a sometimes Friday special, the best pastrami sandwich at the Beach. I haven't tried anything I didn't love yet. The staff is always on the move and is always very friendly. Already planning our next visit.“

“We had your ribs at the RibFest in Elkhorn Wisconsin. We waited in line for about 45 minutes, which we didn't mind doing expecting excellent ribs. We were very disappointed. the ribs were tough and chewy, and rare at the bone. We couldn't eat them because we didn't feel that eating raw pork was safe. I thought about going back up to the booth to complain, but you were really busy, and your staff was super friendly, so we just considered it a waste of $32. My friend took the ribs home, cooked them low and slow for 5 hours, and then they were delicious. I know running a food booth for something that takes so long to cook is a challenge, but serving raw pork keeps us from purchasing from you next year. I would not have written the negative comments for mediocre ribs, but it felt necessary for raw ribs“

“Mike and Jacob set up at our family home for an engagement party oyster roast. They provided all the accoutrements, oysters raw and steamed, and even delicious barbecue sandwiches! I was amazed at the amount of equipment they set up - it was a true oyster roast! The cooks were so kind and accommodating and our guests only had the best things to say about them.
I made my initial inquiry with Ariel, the President of the company, and she was so helpful in drafting up a menu that fit my vision. I am so thankful they were a part of my engagement party and I recommend Mobile Pig-Nic Catering 10000%! I hope we can have them back for another event in the future!“

“Ive been to several of these across VA and SC....I really like the charbroil of the burger. I also like that its actual ground beef with a chargrilled flavor. (Im aware there is such a thing as charging seasoning...but even still if that's what they is its good.) Consistent across all of them, so I know what to expect. Hot freshly made food, prepared quickly, with friendly service.“

Someone disliked the macaroni salad...unfortunately they forgot isn't American macaroni salad. It reminds me of my favorite Mexican macaroni salad in California. So good. Great service...delicious hot food. So many delicious choices. We will definitely be back“
