“Best birria tacos ever! Make sure you get the sides, rice, beans, esquiotes (elotes in a bowl). It was so good we got food to go to eat tomorrow. We live 60 miles away and unanimously agreed to come back here just for the food. They are getting a liquor license and will start serving drinks next week. I can't wait to return. Additional bonus, the staff was awesome, friendly, helpful, hospitable and the food came out quickly.“

“Food was delicious and now they sell liquor!! We got veggie quesadillas and lime margaritas. You can decide if you want top shelf or house. My only complaint is they could be a little stronger for the price but the waiter was very knowledgeable of the various liquors and answered all our questions. Come on over to Indian Head for this little 💎gem! We’ll definitely be back!“

“The best tacos around the area without a doubt. As a Mexican, it is tough to find good tacos around here and we always prefer homemade. But these tacos are legit. The taste is authentic and simply to die for!🤤 The queso birria tacos with the consomé are amazing! The tortas and the consomé on its own are delicious as well. Everything is top tier. “La mejor comida que he probado!! Si usted es de la personas de buen gusto, que no le satisface cualquier comida, tiene que comer aquí, este Restaurante le va encantar, cuentan, con unos de los mejores chefs del área, pregunte por Don Jesúsito es el chef de la casa, es una de las personas más famosas del restaurante, creo que los clientes preguntas más por el chef, que por las demás personas que trabajan en ese lugar. No puede irse sin probar los deliciosos nachos mixtos de entrada y los ceviches al estilo peruano y de las sopas de mariscos de camaron con crema y las demás sopas ni hablar, tiene que visitar y probar todos los platillos hechos por el chef más famoso de Woodbridge. Recomendadisimo, una experiencia realmente complaciente para los amantes del buen gusto.“

“My husband and I are visiting the area but I grew up in Virginia so we are familiar with the area. We were looking for a Peruvian chicken experience. We found a delicious diverse menu full of Peruvian specialties at a super affordable price!
The waitstaff are extremely friendly and helpful. On the day of our visit there was a young lady preparing fresh fruit cups in front of restaurant.
Our purchase was 2 orders of El Tipico, 1 loroco pupusa, 1 ayote pupusa, half of a roasted chicken (for the drive home) and a 16oz fresh pink guava juice as well as a sweet fruity cashew drink called Maranon. We also snagged a watermelon cup on our way out.
The restaurant wasn’t very busy so I hope more people will visit and keep them in business. Our entire purchase was less than $60 which is unheard of in Northern Virginia. Definitely worth the visit! 👍👍“

“I purchased almost everything on their menu, my family and I have tried their tacos de carne asada and pollo, torta de carne asada, and their quesadilla de birria. I have no complaints on the tacos or tortas. They tasted amazing. Their birria is a little saltier than I would want it to be. Their side of consome and rice is so delicious. I wouldn't mind going again just for tacos and tortas. I cant wait to try their steak and cheese subs. I'm looking forward to trying that next. I spent almost $50 wiht 2 quesdillas de birria, 3 tacos de carne asada, 3 de pollo, a torta de asada and a sidral. For that much food no complaints“

“The first time we went here we weren't impressed. However, one of the owners reached out to us personally and invited us back. We have been back twice. They are awesome! The food is yummy and reasonably priced. Staff is very friendly! Only downside is they now do not have fountain drinks (cans only) but I think that's just a sign of the time of living in a pandemic. Hopefully, when we return to a somewhat normal existence this will be back. Love Guapo's and highly recommend!“
