“The experience was great from the start, largely due to the hostess Dulce! I made a reservation for a surprise birthday and she made sure that the entire thing went off without a hitch! She took the time to make sure all our needs were met and she even followed up with afterwards to ensure the experience was top notch! Having worked in the restaurant industry myself, this type of personalized experience is a lost art. The food was great and service was quick and thorough! My only critique would be their salad bar/appetizer station didn’t have anything really memorable or outstanding; however, I was mostly there for the meat selection anyway so that did not bother me one bit!”

Our server, George, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He handled our party of 16 so smoothly — it felt like we were at a table of four with how attentive and efficient he was! Every guest truly enjoyed their meal, and it was the perfect way to mark such a special occasion. Highly recommend!”

“I've been going to the Silver Diner in Reston for over 15 years. Food is always good, new items added to menu seasonally, staff are real folks who are easy to talk with and joke with as well. You get a sense of "family" when you are there as staff and customers interact. Servers are fun people and make your day. Today was Rubia's day and she is special. Come out and see for yourself.”

“I stopped by Taste of Istanbul this afternoon for the first time. For the most part it was really good. I ordered a potato pide, 2 doner kebab, mixed meze, and pistachio baklava. Everything was delicious except for the”baklava”, which turned out to be two greasy dough cylinders. No phyllo, no honey, no pistachio filling. I was disappointed that I wasted $7.00 for inedible dough I ended up throwing in the garbage. Get the kebabs, stay away from their version of baklava.”

“Lovely dining experience for a friend's birthday. Atmosphere is cozy and warm. We shared food amongst 3 hungry people! Burrata, foccacia, pumpkin ravioli (sweet), beef bolognese, and short ribs. I would recommend the foccacia and bolognese. Drinks were unique. I highly recommend trying the Mockery, refreshing and fruity. To top, they beautifully plated a dessert we brought in at the end for the birthday girl. Wonderful service!”

“We went to the restaurant down at the wharf….. To start, the hostess at the front was on her phone and not really paying any mind to the people walking in the door. Come to find out after that was the floor manager. Then we get sat and none of the workers talk about who is in charge of that section. We did. It get me is or silverware. The very nice bartender comes up, gets us some water and menus gets us started and finally the sever comes over to us. The server took our order and checked on us twice. When the food was brought to the table we still didn’t have silverware and had to ask the food runner. Our server had a a ten top when we arrived and she was checking on her the whole time not paying any mind to the other tables she has. It was to the point I had to go up to someone ask for water refill bc both our glasses were empty. We finish our meals that were very good and no one but the bartenders are on the floor. I see our sever walk over to the restroom, she comes out looks at us and sees that we are sitting doing nothing, then walks over to a new 10 top and disappears. It’s at thing point I now have to walk over to the bartender and get our check and they are the ones that cash us out. Thank you to the bartender that took care of us”

It's very loud here too. Tough to have a conversation over tvs and too many children playing seemingly unsupervised.”

“This place is great! We have lived in the area for 5 years and ordered take out a bunch of times, but this was the first time we actually sat inside. The service was excellent, really friendly attentive staff. Mark was our server and he was superb. We ordered cocktails, soup and salad to start. Then the sea bass and butternut squash pasta and some wine for our main. All excellent! Our 2 year old came with us and they even gave her fresh bread to take home because she loved it so much. We will probably be regulars there now!”

We also enjoyed the Gobi Manchurian (sweet and spicy cauliflower appetizer). The Natu Kodi and Shrimp Curry entrees were both spicy oily and tomato-based with the perfect amount of seasoning… very rich in flavor. Enjoyed both of those dishes. My favorite entree was the paneer butter masala. Amazing sauce - similar to butter chicken sauce. I was eating the sauce with everything!! Also had an amazing Chicken Dum Biryani where the chicken was on the bottom of the rice. The garlic naan was phenomenal. Got to meet their chef Krishna who was super nice and explained some of the dishes to us. We were pleased with our meal and will be back to try out their buffet next!”

“I have eaten here dozens of times including my birthday this year. The food and service have consistently been incredible! My family loves the atmosphere and friendly staff, and even my kiddos ask to stop by for shrimp pops. Definitely recommend Ariake!”

This location was really quick and super clean. If you are looking for a side dish and cant decide. Try the Mac and cheese it is really good.”

“Starbucks is always a reliable stop, and I have a few favorites I order regularly—iced Matcha Latte and the iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso never disappoint. This season, I’ve really been enjoying their Pumpkin Spice Latte and the Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte, both perfectly cozy and flavorful.
The only downside is that they no longer have the Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato on the menu. It was such a great drink, and I know many people miss it. Hopefully Starbucks will bring it back one day. Until then, their seasonal lineup still makes it worth the visit.”

“Great smoothies overall. The ABC juice with ginger is consistently good, and their nuts and protein (heavy on peanut butter) and Pina Koolada smoothies are tasty. The pea protein tastes bad—it ruined the Cookie Monster smoothie.

Service is hit or miss. They charge $0.50 extra for no ice, which is fine. However, smoothie consistency varies depending on who makes it—sometimes thick and filling, other times too thin and not filling the cup, like today, which was really disappointing.”
