“From a long time Chicago guy, this place is legit. Best Gyro outside of Chicago. If you know Gyros, you know Chicago is the Mecca of Gyros. Pete and his family are great at what they do. Don’t trust me, go eat it and see for yourself. Get the Hercules! It was awesome!“

“We noticed and stopped at Thelo spur of the moment. The proprietor came forward and we shared our trip to Santorini. My Pork Gyro was literally the best I've ever had. Marvously moist, beautiful flavor, caramelized bits, fresh pita, wonderful!

“This is our family's favorite place. We love the family atmosphere and the food is always excellent. The service has been consistent across all their staff, and they take a genuine interest in making certain that you are happy with the results. I have never had a bad meal here. Strongly recommend for any occasion.“

“My fiancée and I pre-ordered online as we were returning to Herndon. When we arrived, the restaurant had received our order but they hadn’t been notified about it, so they said it would be just a few minutes. The owner was extremely apologetic and offered us a complimentary baklava as an apologetic gesture. As the kitchen prepared our order, we chatted the the owner (Sarfraz) and he was extremely pleasant. We tried the hummus, tzatziki, stuffed grape leaves, gyro sandwich and chicken souvlaki sandwich. Everything was well seasoned, fresh tasting (even at 8pm), and reasonably priced. Definitely cannot wait to go back and try more - esp. since we live less than a mile away…dangerous! They’re admittedly still getting their feet under them as they JUST opened, but highly recommend giving this place a shot!“

“It's Amphoras! It's an institution! Great breakfast featuring a waiter in a tux! He was all business and got us taken care of very well! Biscuits and gravy were amazing and my wife had a delicious looking omelette that she wouldn't share, so great food. Not highway robbery. This is the diner experience Im looking for!

“Best place in NOVA for a gyro. Maybe it's nostalgia glasses but I feel like it used to be better, in any case still the best option. I remember plaka being involved with the community and it's been a while since I've been back but this is still a Vienna staple. Recommended lunch spot if you're in the area.“

“Hidden gem of a shop, literally as you have to navigate through an office building to get there. The presumably owner was wonderful and very helpful, he also emphasized his use of extra virgin olive oil for health. I don’t think the Chicken Msakhen I got was on the online menu, but so so tasty.
More of a takeout shop than a date night vibe, but it does have free WiFi! Please consider giving them your business, it’s so worth it“

“Pan AM Family Restaurant gets all stars from me. Their meals, especially their Gyro platters and sandwiches are the best across the State. I have eaten there many times with my family and friends, and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend the delicious food, fantastic atmosphere and especially the detail to service and smiles. It’s worth every dollar and you will leave happy, full and wanting to come back. Great job !! Great Food !! Great Service !!“

“Their pizzas are incredible, and the Greek and Italian dishes never disappoint. Even the salads, starters, and hotdogs are solid. The restaurant manager Fadi and Henry are super friendly. I have been coming here at least once a week, and I love it. Definitely one of the best spots in the area :)“
