“Lees is definitely enough to put the all three much popular chains like Popeyes,KFC and Church's to deep shame.Bojangles well that's definitely stiff competition because they're no joke either lol but there's something more authentic and more homely about Lee's.Their chicken taste like the fried chicken your mom makes in a batch and then bring it to church for lunch after service.Their chicken taste taste is fully seasoned,crispy and juicy,biscuits taste like they're from scratch.Nothing ashy and hard enough for me to play frisbee with.The service from the workers are so professional and cheery and love the cleanliness of the place.The mac and cheese in my opinion need a little more work,it kind of taste like box macaroni,they need to change up the recipe but other than that Lee's is always my go to place whenever i'm down in Richmond Va.“

“After watching the owners life story on the famous show Shark Tank, I decided to speed up my first visit to one of his restaurants .My God kids and I went to celebrate one of their birthdays. The atmosphere was vibrant. The kids enjoyed themselves. The fries were good, but the chicken fingers were off the chain excellent! Other than the taste, I was surprised how long they stayed very warm for the first 15 minutes of eating them. Definitely worth a visit if you love chicken- period!!“

I don’t eat at Chick-fil-A often, but my grandson loves it—every time I take him out, he asks for Chick-fil-A and always wants their special sauce with his meal. That’s what brings me in.

There are a few things I really enjoy: the waffle fries, kale salad, and the consistently excellent customer service. Every location I’ve visited has friendly, respectful staff, and that’s something I truly appreciate. However, I personally find the chicken to be a bit too salty for my taste, so I tend to stick with a few sides I know I like.

My biggest concern is the cost. On our most recent visit, I ordered two meals and the total came to over $32. I understand prices have gone up everywhere, but for a fast food chain, that’s a lot—especially when you’re just a grandmother trying to treat her grandchild to something simple. Spending time together shouldn’t break the budget.

Overall, Chick-fil-A is a well-run, clean, and family-friendly place—but I do wish the prices reflected that same spirit of accessibility and care.“

“The team here goes above and beyond on the regular. Despite how consistently busy they are the food always comes out within a reasonable amount of time and is always fresh. “Took the dog to the pump road dog park today. When leaving I decided to go to the Arby's there in short pump to grab lunch. Pulling up to the drive through I asked "do you guys still have the BLT" knowing it was a seasonal thing. The reply came "It's not on the menu anymore but we can sure still make you one. I understand that it was close to closing tim I am not as upset about the incorrect burger, as I am about the lack of compassion from the staff.“

“I stopped in for lunch today and it has to be the cleanest Captain D's I have ever visited. Desiree took my order and explained the menu options wonderfully. She then brought my meal to my table and remembered the sauces I requested. The food tasted great. I highly recommend the lobster bites, shrimp and the fish. “Went here for dinner on 11/11/24. The first thing I noticed was the gigantic sign. I think it was the biggest sign on that road. It did not take me long to order, and staff was nice. I ordered classic roast beef combo with curly fried and Dr. Pepper for the drink. The roast beef was packed with meat, it was fresh, bun was soft, and curly fries were hot. All topped with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and mayo. But the best part was their new habanero and ghost pepper hot sauce that I added to the wrap. It was so tasty and spicy, it got me sweating. It was the perfect balance of flavor and heat. If you love spicy food, you have to try this hot sauce. Kenn-Tico Wraps is my favorite food cart in Richmond. They have fresh ingredients, friendly service, and a great variety of wraps to choose from. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a satisfying lunch.“

“I love this place so much. It has to be the best Arby’s in Richmond. Usually when I go to this restaurant the managers have been mid but today I met George! George was such a nice man and he helped me realize what I wanted to order. I went through the drive through tonight and ordered a meat mountain and an Oreo shake. When I got to the window George was there to greet me making sure my order was right. I asked him what came in the sandwich and he noticed me that there was fish. I am highly allergic to fish so for him to tell me that there was fish on it he deleted my sandwich order and I paid for just the large Oreo shake. I will be coming back here for many months to come if they keep George here.“

Prices are so much cheaper then other burger options and are so much better, it's a real hamburger meat patty, not like the thin patties at McDonald's or even Wendy's.
