“I like this JM Subs but sometimes I wish the place was a little larger. You constantly have to be looking around before you move so you don't bump into someone. But the food is fresh and tasty every time. I also love they have sweet peppers.“

“I like tuna fish sandwiches, and this place has the best one in the local area. They put plenty of tuna on the sandwich, which is not common at another big sandwich chain I go to. They serve it fast, and the people are friendly. I need to try their other sandwiches and will review them after trying them.“

“WE AS A COUPLE WOULD HAVE GAVE 5 STARS FOR ALL 3, BUT THE MALE WORKER THAT WORKED, THERE WAS SO NICE, PLEASANT AND HAD A SMILE. THE PERSON SWEEPING THE FLOOR DIDN'T MOVE THAN GET ANYONE NOTHING. WE STOOD THERE FOR A WHILE BEFORE DOING SO OUT, THEN GET RAN OVER BY POTATO CHIP RACK, THE OTHER LADY. EXCUSE ME, SIR, WHY WAS TRYING TO OR THE INGREDIENTS I WANTED ON THE SANDWICH , SHE WAS VERY RUDE. I HAD TO MOVE OUT OF HER WAY. IF YOU DIDN'T HAVE A YOUNG MAN WORKING IN THERE, IT'LL HAVE BEEN A TOTAL FLOP. THIS WAS ABOUT FOUR FIFTEEN FOUR THIRTY ON TUESDAY , TWO THOUSAND AND TWENTY SIX. WE LOVE JERSEY MIKE'S SUBS, AND WE'LL CONTINUE TO VISIT JERSEY, MIKE'S\N BUT THE WILLOW LAWN STORE, THESE UPGRADE ON COURTESY GREETING THEIR CUSTOMERS, ESPECIALLY THE 2 WOMEN.THE MALE WAS A REAL GENTLEMAN.THANK YOU

“I came in rather late not to far from closing and I came in and was immediately greeted by Alden and not only did he greet me but I was indecisive and had never been here and he immediately recommended things I could try and asked what I like and he suggested the chicken bacon ranch. He is amazing and went above and beyond to ensure that even though it was close to closing I didn’t feel rushed or not welcome. Please give him the biggest shout out because that’s what we need in customer service driven fields. Keep up the amazing job Alden!!!! Ima definitely come back because of the amazing service he gave me!!!!“
