10 Best Steakhouses in Richmond

“On 08/03/2022, my wife and I brought our cousins here to celebrate their 50th anniversary. The food and service was excellent. Our waiter was Sean. HOWEVER, during the reservation process, I was asked at least twice if there was a celebration and if so what type. I indicated on both occasions that it was a anniversary. I just assumed that when I was asked about the occasion that this occasion would somehow be acknowledged. It wasn't. (Happy anniversary). I heard the waiter at the table next to ours wish the celebrants a happy anniversary. Also, based on other reviews on this site, I noticed that a dessert was given to the celebrants as a memento. Not to our party. As I said, the service and food were excellent but missing the little "happy anniversary" left me and my wife feeling a little empty.“

“This was probably my third time at this location and our waiter. Peter was awesome! We went very late on a Thursday night. We had less than an hour before the kitchen closed. He was super friendly and did not rush us at all. He even told us we could stay as long as we want it because they had a few other parties in there anyway lol. The food came out great and we enjoyed ourselves.“

“Their service was wonderful. We did the ToGo service.This night we had a blooming onion burger with cheese and bacon fries along with a large blooming onion. Let me not leave out the steak mac & cheese which also was delicious. Thank you so much for a great service.“

“Last minute date night plan and we enjoyed every moment. Justin our waiter was very attentive and made sure we got the cuts that we wanted as soon as possible. He did a good job explaining the specials and checking in on us to make sure we didn't need any additional sides. Food and atmosphere along with the staff were all great. Will be back!“

“Awesome restaurant customer service was amazing. I was a bit skeptical about dinning here because of the open concept when walking in but they had another side that was more private which was perfect for my date. The crab cakes were 10/10 and my steak was cooked to perfection. My husband had the ribs they was good also falling off the bone and very juicy even the Coleslaw was good and fresh. I wasn’t a fan of the broccoli but it was no problem for them to swap it out for me. Even my drink was perfect and came quick and tasted awesome. I had such a good experience here and will definitely be back.“

“They were swamped, and we waited about 20 minutes after our reservation times to be seated. The waitress was very attentive and friendly. She took our order quickly, but forgot to bring one of the drinks. Overall, the food was good, but a little pricey, and my wife's salmon came out cold, as if it had sat for a while before being delivered. Would return if in the area.“

“Longhorn is my favorite steakhouse Periodt! I really enjoy the service every time I visit. My preferred order is the Outlaw Ribeye steak cooked medium rare, with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. The only reason I’m giving this review a 4 star is because my steak had a lot more fat than I expected. I will most definitely revisit and highly recommend“
