“As someone from Valencia, Spain, I have to say this was hands down the most authentic Spanish restaurant I’ve ever tried in the U.S. The food truly feels like home. Every dish tasted just like it would back in Spain: real, traditional and 100% authentic.

The service was outstanding. They don’t rush you out the door and you can actually enjoy a proper Spanish style sobremesa, just like we do back home.

The wines and cocktails were exceptional as well, especially the Agua de Valencia, which was my favorite by far.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for genuine Spanish cuisine. I’ll definitely be coming back.“

“I snuck by while my wife was running a wine event elsewhere. Very good Neapolitan pizza...I got pepporoni as I always do for comparison purposes. Crust was thin, chewy, and had the requisite scorch bubbles with a flavorful sauce a cup pepporoni. It was happy hour so this entire pizza and a glass of wine (cab franc for me) was just $20. The wine list has some good variety, but don't expect what Somms might go crazy over. Things are priced to be approachable, and that's not a bad thing--it's just a niche. Music was perfect volume and helped complete the atmosphere...kind of a trendy vibe without being pure pop or jazz. 5 stars. Check the hours before you come...it's basically 5-9 W-Sa and 3-7 Sa too...thats's it...but they're working on getting more.“

“I’ve come here a few times on a friend’s recommendation. I enjoyed myself. I love the small space because I don’t care for crowds. But it can easily get crowded in there. I’d love to see Harlym Blue’Z with a slightly bigger space. The vibes are there. I enjoy the Karaoke Nights and all they have to offer. No major complaints aside from wishing they had a bigger place.“

“My dad and I tried Memi’s today for brunch, it was so good!! We split the Hummus Avocado Toast, which was so fresh and came with these very delicious potatoes on the side. I had the Morning in Minya platter and my dad had the Chicken Shawarma wrap. They both hit the spot and you can tell everything is fresh; we dug in too fast to take pictures. Service was amazing, and it’s a very cool space. I definitely will be back!! 10/10“

“It was a chilly evening and we decided to stop by this newish French wine bar/café at the corner of Main and Lombardy. Of course the space isn’t newish to us as we have been going there for many years and watched its many iterations from Stonewall Cafe to now, Jardin. The food was incredible, even better than expected. Everyone there was having fun, drinking wine, eating great food with friends .. and the wait staff was great and the servers at the bar equally great. The outdoor seating was packed and everyone there was having fun also! We bought a bottle of Balthazar Cotes du Rhone & and hope to be returning to Jardin again soon…“

“Truly enjoyable meal in a great neighborhood restaurant. Everything was delicious and the service excellent. We enjoyed a lovely cauliflower appetizer, a beautiful, simple fresh salad. Three of our party enjoyed the rock fish. The 4th had an amazing sea food stew with spaghetti. Clearly a favorite of the locals. You won’t be disappointed. (Best to make a reservation.) “My husband asked the bartender/head mixologist, Steve Yang, for a gin based dealer's choice and he made the most wonderful drink I've had in a long time. He called it "Some kind of wonderful" it had dill, yogurt, and some other stuff and tasted like some hard to find European candy. Awesome!“

“We ate at La Grotta for the first time last night. It will be the first of many! The service, food, and ambiance were spectacular. We were a party of 3 and each of us cleaned our plates. Our friend with Celiac could choose from almost the entire menu which is unheard of, especially at an Italian restaurant. “Good food, good drinks, and better atmosphere. Staff was amazing. Very good oysters, ordered a dozen. I asked offhand what kind of vinegar was in the minionette, and they wrote down all of the ingredients for me! I really appreciated that they went out of their way to help me out! I'm making the minionette for Thanksgiving for my family and my mom is on hospice, so I want everything to be perfect. It means so much to me that they took the time on a busy Friday to do that for me.“

“Solid cheese steak hoagie. Love the sesame roll. We ate at the bar, I enjoyed a crisp topochico, while my partner had a hazy IPA. We split the cheese steak hoagie (minus pickled peps). Classic fries and delicious potato salad. Looking forward to coming back and trying the tomato pie.“

“We came on Friday night for jazz. The performer was WONDERFUL....her voice was silky and sultry and reminded me of Samara Joy! We ordered appetizers, which were all good. However, I was expecting the fried pickles to be cut like chips versus steak fries. Our server, Enjhonae, was absolutely amazing. She was very attentive and extremely pleasant!! Overall, it was a great way to spend a Friday night and we will definitely do it again!!“

“I made a reservation for 6:30 on a Friday not. I was able to get parking right outside the restaurant. Then my mom got the prime rib medium & I ordered the pork bao buns. We both got two different old fashioned. When I tell you everything was spectacular it was amazing. From the service to the quality of the meats. I will be coming back again and again!“

“I took my 95 year old mother for dinner after a Christmas Eve service at church. We arrived early for the reservation and only waited a short time in a not crowded foyer to be seated. We actually met friends from church having dinner with other family during the wait which made it go by pleasantly. We were seated in the enclosed and comfortable patio, important for an elderly lady who is generally cold in many venues The restaurant was busy but the wait was not long for the server. The order was promptly taken and refreshments quickly served. The tables were far enough apart for my mother to comfortably maneuver her rollator and for noise level to allow private conversations. My mother enjoyed her chicken pot pie. I delighted in my grilled scallops. They were nicely prepared and of great flavor. The server made sure that my sweet tea glass was filled during the meal. While we had generally avoided public restaurants for Christmas Eve, this far surpassed the two Christmas Eve dinner experiences in the last ten years which required 45 to one hour waits in extremely packed and noisy foyers. For the civility of the entire experience, I am rating it outstanding.“

“We had our 20 year alumni event for about 24 people with dinner, drinks, and dessert. Melissa was super responsive to questions and alterations for the event and the food and service were awesome when we attended. The 2 servers did an excellent job.“
