“Seriously, the cutest cafe I’ve ever been to! I drive over an hour round trip to get coffee from here a few times a week now! Every barista is so sweet and kind! However, I have had the pleasure of seeing Maria the most and she is such a sweetheart! The coffee is so worth the drive and I’m so thankful my sister goes every day and talked me into stopping! No other coffee shop compares to this little gem in Hadley! ❤️“

“Incredible food and smoothies, Yes! But, they also just served a big helping of customer service to me! Thanks to the staff and Kathryn for responding kindly and offering to make me another sammich, after I sent a hangry email to them when an error was made with an allergen. Great to know when a business cares to do right :). I'll be back!“

“Great food. The waitress was so very friendly, attentive and went beyond to make our experience a pleasant one. Food is always served hot and seasoned perfectly 10 out of 10 times. Thank you, First Watch— you know how to do it right— from front door welcome, thru hot servings and GREAT SERVICE. We will be back!!“

“I enjoy having One Love Coffee House in Troutville! While overall I have been very pleased with everything I have tried it seems lately that hot coffee drinks are just lukewarm. Not sure if there is an issue with machines or not.“

“I used to really love this place and go almost every week day but now I kind of go there maybe once a week and only because it's conveniently located but the convenience factor has taken a nose dive because of one recent development: When I pay $5 or $6 for a specialty iced coffee is it too much to ask that it comes with a lid that won't leak? It drips all over my hands all the way to my office and I have to change cups when I get there. If ya get a shipment of faulty lids why not just send them back? I'd rather have no lid at all than the illusion of a lid.“

“I’ll start by saying we frequented BitS for many years largely due to convenience and price point. After awhile, we quit going in because of poor quality across the board. We are very pleased with the changes in the food and set up after a recent change in ownership. I prefer the ability to order from my seat vs standing in line. The buns are no longer soggy and fries are perfectly crispy. We received a warm welcome and excellent service this evening from a gentleman (uncertain of his name, but KD was on our receipt) despite a full restaurant. This young man is a valuable asset to the team and we will continue to return. Please give them a try!!“
