“They have the best food. It is just like eating at your Grandmothers house.All the food is so so good. Ervin and I eat out there often and we have never had to send anything back. All of the food is really good. The waitresses are GREAT too. Very personable and work well as a team. Top notch in my book.“

“A lovely welcoming spot, easy to feel right at home as soon as I went in. Friendly and attentive staff and a cosy atmosphere. TVs with sportsball games on to watch if you like, and great Autumn style decor when we were here. Heard about the V&T Ruben and was not disappointed, it was delicious. I would have loved dill pickle spears instead of burger-style pickles but they were still tasty and rounded out the ruben experience with the ridged chips. Delicious cakes in the case, tried the lemon bundt cake and loved it. Wish I were local as this would be a regular go-to.“

“While you may have to wait a while for your order the staff is very nice. They often have to deal with many, many students at a time yet they handle the stress and load very well. For a busy Starbucks they do quite well. Only issue is they often run out of certain ingredients due to having so many customers in a day.“

“Awesome place. The staff are super nice and the owner is super friendly to everybody. Their prices on bagels donuts are great, and their lunch foods are made super well. One of the best local eateries i know of. Service also moves quick, in and out with 2 subs and some donuts in like 6 minutes.“

“I am leaving a review because the employee staffing the cafe counter today went above and beyond to check in the freezer for ingredients on an item we wished to order. We had a concern about an allergen and they were so kind to clarify that it was not present and prepared our soft pretzel without butter as requested. The snacks are so reasonable here and a nice treat while shopping at Sam’s in Lynchburg!“

“Really great idea to have a little express coffee shed! Love the ease of access for drive through. I got a vanilla latte w/ oat milk (just ok; kinda bland) & chocolate covered espresso beans (ahhhmazing).

Would return but would try another sweeter/more flavored coffee! Only other idea for improvement would be to modernize/ update the shed to make it look a little more appealing to customers.

Parking: 2 drive through lanes so no need to park. Nearby parking is ample & available but not a dine-in restaurant it appears.“
