Wendy's in Roanoke

“I really enjoyed this Wendy's! The service was great and the staff was extremely friendly. The food was made fast and fresh, and was delicious! The only issue I had at all (and it's only a small one at that) was that they ran out of the orange cream soda before I could enjoy it. Otherwise, this was by far one of the best Wendy's restaurants I have ever been to! I will definitely go there again next time I'm in the area.“

“We left a band competition with two buses of students and a caravan of parents and equipment. We had planned to eat concessions at the event, but they ran out. We called McDonald’s, and they closed their dining room. Even though the dining room was supposed to close at 10pm, Wendy’s said they would stay open for us. Service was terrific! The restaurant was clean (probably the dining room had already been cleaned in preparation of closing, but the staff was happy to serve).“

“I do not live in Roanoke, however, I’ve been traveling to Roanoke numerous times for work over the last few months. I always stop by this Wendy’s on my way back home due to the incredibly friendly and professional vibe in the drive-through. My order has been consistently on point and I leave without frustration of unprofessional staffing, as most fast food places nowadays offer. I always go through during early to mid afternoon hours, just for reference and always on a weekday. 👍🏽“

“Not often do you get an absolutely perfectly made drive through mobile order in this day and age, but this Wendy’s is SO consistent and always correct. Must be a good mix of great management and employees. Whatever it is, this Wendy’s is crushing it. Thank you guys. ❤️“

“well something must have changed and they've hired great people. Very great atmosphere and very friendly employees. The man that waited on me was so friendly and nice. I thought he might be the owner. It's nice to go into a place and have this form of friendliness and appreciation for your business!“
