“Incredible food and smoothies, Yes! But, they also just served a big helping of customer service to me! Thanks to the staff and Kathryn for responding kindly and offering to make me another sammich, after I sent a hangry email to them when an error was made with an allergen. “I used to really love this place and go almost every week day but now I kind of go there maybe once a week and only because it's conveniently located but the convenience factor has taken a nose dive because of one recent development: When I pay $5 or $6 for a specialty iced coffee is it too much to ask that it comes with a lid that won't leak? It drips all over my hands all the way to my office and I have to change cups when I get there. If ya get a shipment of faulty lids why not just send them back? I'd rather have no lid at all than the illusion of a lid.“

“Great food. The waitress was so very friendly, attentive and went beyond to make our experience a pleasant one. Food is always served hot and seasoned perfectly 10 out of 10 times.
