They brew using both spontaneous fermentation and native yeast methods to produce unique beers, both tart lambics and more classic style lagers. These are complimented by gorgeous views of the Shenandoah region and exceptional food from Sumac prepared and served on site. Both Sumac and Pen Druid are constantly updating their offerings, so no two experiences will be the same. Can’t wait to go back.“
