“We had a volunteer appreciation event at Wilderness Run Winery and it was such an amazing experience. The back patio was space with access to shady areas and the property is just beautiful. Staff were friendly and courteous. Our guests were able to enjoy wine at Wilderness Run and beer from 1781. Kids were able to see all of the farm animals and peacocks, as well as play on the playground. We look forward to coming back again.“

“This has become my coffee shop when I work in Fredericksburg. The staff are all super friendly and helpful! I usually get espresso or a cortado/macchiato. Their breakfast sandwiches are good. They change up the offers on the sandwiches frequently.“

“Just had lunch with friends Kathleen and Terry Powers. I have to admit, I tried spargel for the first time in my life. (It is white asparagus. I didn't know it, either...) It was delicious!! It was cooked so it still had some crunch to it!! (I hate any kind of mooshy vegetables.) I had an alpine schnitzel hoagie, which was divine, and potato pancakes (also amazing!!) They give you such large portions I will have enough for dinner tonight, too!! They do such a good job with their food, and Kathleen and Terry, who lived in Germany for a few years, assure me that they are very authentic!! What is 'yummy' in German? Whatever it is, they're it!!“

“We heard about this spot on social media so we thought we would try it out. My husband had the #1 and I had the #10. The subs were delicious and the price was right. We will be back!“

“Stopped by this weekend just to check out a different place and this was a nice find. Great selection of beers, a bit pricey, but the pours were good and the staff was friendly.

There was a pizza truck and we took advantage of that and ended up with two pizzas...they were delicious!

Always up for finding a Kolsch and Italian Pilsners and they had both. Turned out to be a win win. We'll be back and very interested in the live entertainment they offer.

This is a large brewery with plenty of space inside and out, and they appeared to have some private event or gaming group in the back area. Also some dartboards avaialbe.

This rating is more like a 4.75 stars! My only reason for not giving it a full 5 stars is that they do not have wifi. It would be nice to be able to go there and get work done since I love the atmosphere and their coffee so much.“

“I have been going to this restaurant for two years now and have yet to have a bad meal. The food always comes quickly. It’s always good home-cooked food. The roast beef open face sandwich was so tender it was incredible. So if you’re looking for a good home-cooked meal, breakfast lunch and some dinner items, this is the place to go. And fantastic coffee along with a smiling staff. Super super customer service oriented.“

“Yesterday I was in Fredericksburg and I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with some issues involving my Amtrak trip home. I walked over to 25 30 Espresso from the train station to sit, try to relax, and have a drink/some food. I got to talking to the baristas, Chris & Alyssa, about my trip and the hiccups I was dealing with trying to make it home. They were both so sweet & caring, going above & beyond to do what they could to make my day better. It was so thoughtful and meant the world to me that they were such genuine, kind hearted human beings and I am so thankful that our paths crossed ❤️“

“This place is a hidden gem! It was the very best pork Lo Mein i have had in all the places in Fredericksburg! The noodles had good amount of sauce and were not too dry like other places lo mein is! It had good amount of vegetables it was delicious with the crispy egg roll! I went for the first time yesterday and talked to the staff were so nice talking to me about their hometown in China I was asking about. I must now try all there other dishes! This was by far the best lo mein I have ever had with a good amount of sauce and delicious!!! Must try! I just put another order of more stuff again today! “Visited here yesterday at 5:00'ish. This restaurant is very busy & the food is fantastic. This was my party's first visit here.

Mixed experience. The waitstaff here deserves 5 stars, but the host/hostess stand deserves 0 (sorry, not even a 1 that a smile alone would have warranted). Unfortunately a 0 & a 5 equals a 2.5 ⭐ rating for service. Since I was unable to give a 2.5 I rounded up to a 3 in favor of the server.

The Bad: Hostesses/check-in staff were not friendly at all, not smiling or exchanging even slight pleasantries upon your arrival. Not sure if they got overwhelmed due to a full restaurant with people waiting in the front & outside to be seated (though I think that would be expected on Memorial Day weekend), but the general feeling was rushed, overwhelmed & inconvenienced by your arrival. They seemed to treat everyone this way whether they were people dining in, taking out, or delivery drivers. There seemed to be a lack of communication between people working there & the waitstaff and kitchen. The entire front-of-restaurant vibe was unprofessional, uncomfortable & tense, and I feel management needs to address this as it sets the tone for the night, or at least the early part of it.

The Good: The 3 stars for service is all due to the servers here, who are very friendly & deserve 5 stars!

Our waitress was absolutely phenomenal. She was attentive, friendly, and saved the evening. The food was delicious and well-prepared. It even smelled wonderful while we waited in the front and smelled orders leaving the restaurant. Timing was about what you would expect for it being very busy.

Overall, I liked the restaurant but the initial entry experience was highly disappointing. One member of my party said she was not impressed & that it left such a bad impression of the restaurant that she will not return. I might give them another try, but probably not at a busy hour or on a holiday based on this experience.“
