“The Extra Spicy Dry Hot Pot is insanely good. I get one of these every single time I come to Hot Peppercorn, and it hits just right every single time. I prefer it with pork, but you can get it with any pritein you prefer.

The waiters are always extremely attentive and nice, the food always comes out in a timely fashion, and I feel my soul heal itself a bit every time I get the dry hot pot. Absolutely in my Top 3 favorite restaurants ever because of this.“

Dishes were large, hot, and fresh. Only thing I wish was different was that there was an iPad for ordering. However, servers stopped by multiple times to check in.“

“Good, consistent Chinese take-out. I don’t suggest eating in house—it smells pretty bad in the restaurant. I can’t tell if it’s something burnt, cleaning product, building product, or what, but it’s been that way for a while now. Multiple entrees I’ve tried have been very good with high-quality proteins without fat or gristle. They don’t include white rice with entrees, though. I’ve never encountered that before, so you have to explicitly order that if you want it for another $1. 🙄“

“Peter Chang is easily one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and consistently amazing, and the service makes the experience even better. I also tried their new milk tea dessert, and it was so good! It had a perfect balance of creamy and sweet with a great milk tea flavor. On top of that, the manager was kind and welcoming, checking in to make sure everything was perfect. I also really liked the new decorations, they make the restaurant feel even more modern, comfortable, and inviting 😊 Great food, amazing service, and an awesome atmosphere, I highly recommend Peter Chang and can't wait to come back!“
