“This McDonalds was quite nice. I like how the place’s drive thru is open 24/7. While the wait times were long, I totally understand because only one person was running the entire restaurant (which was only the drive thru at the time). The food was also served fresh and hot.“
“Seth is the reason I decided to do this review, he was nice, seemed to care that my order was no onions, I've had issues everywhere else with this.. ferry farms was always rude and would constantly mess up.. the Chatham heights McDonald's messed up 11/10 times but they were nice.. this location 6 trips in now has been nice during breakfast, lunch or dinner.. as long as stuff keeps going as it is.. my review will stay solid and not updated.. 4 stars is about as high as a McDonald's will get from me until super sized and a real dollar menu comes back ??? I'm definitely not easy to please and so far so good!“
“Giving 4 stars because they are usually good. I travel 95 frequently and this is a convenient stop. Tonight at 7:30 was not the case. 14 minutes from order at kiosk to handing me a bag. 2 hot and spicy and 1 fries. No custom. No changes. Do better. Sandwiches cold.“
“Yolani and Maria provided one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. They went above and beyond when I was asking for an extremely complicated order. They made exactly what I asked to the T while providing excellent customer service in a time I did not deserve it. Thank you for taking excellent care of us.“
“Don't know if the girl who brought our food was just having a bad day or what. The manager running around delivering food on trays to other tables was very friendly and helpful. The girl who brought our food was literally dragging her feet and brought our eat in order in a bag. She didn't greet us or say anything. Just turned around and walked away.“
