McDonald's in Staunton

“As a customer the people are nice and the food is always what i order, seeing people stand in lines when they are clearly short staffed and there are kiosks for their order to be taken i usually use those because unless i pay in cash i can always pay on those, usually if they seem busy i tend to wait to order considering ive seen customers complain about not getting food during a rush when they are clearly doing their best, i dont think people realize what its like to be a fast food worker in todays economy with not enough people on staff and how rude people can be at times“

“I went through the drive thru a few minutes ago and I couldn’t pass up leaving a review. I was asked to pull off into a parking spot and wait which took about 10 minutes. I completely forgot about the wait when the food runner brought my meal out to my car. She repeated my order to me, and was so bubbly and kind. She even had a little tray with extra dipping sauces just in case I forgot to ask for one(which I did). She couldn’t have done a better job. I wish I’d gotten her name, but she was running food at around 11:50.
I hope all of the food runners are as positive and thoughtful as her!“

“Fries were very good. Burgers okay. Do not like having to order on the kiosks. Couldn't pay there so still needed to talk to cashier. Prefer to have someone take my order and pay all at the same time instead of standing line for kiosk and then at the the counter.“
