“Slow service. Waited in line for 15 minutes before my order way taken. Store is clean. The woman at the cash register didn't wash her hands after dealing with money and only grabbed gloves to make sandwiches. Store is in a gas station. Very limited places to sit. Over all, it's okay. Just slow.“

“This store has great service. Of all the Subways around here this is my favorite. I would suggest staying away from the one on N Augusta w/ the BP gas station...very bad service there.This store is super clean and the food is as good as any Subway I've been to.

“Stopped in on Oct 22 with family who are visiting me from out of the country including an aunt who is wheelchair bound. The 2 people who were working that day were very nice. They were helpful and patient in taking our order despite the language barrier and went out of their way to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. Thank you for your kindness :)“

“I haven’t been thru this area in 20 years and on a roadtrip I was passing thru the area and thought OMG I’ve got to get a McAlisters sweet tea b/c they are the best. I pulled up and oh, no!,, they were closed! I called to see when they open and Shelby answered, come to find out I’m an hour and a half early, I was crushed- but you know what?? Shelby made one for me and brought it out to my car. I am both delighted and flabbergasted as this is the most amazing above and beyond thing a restaurant could do in my opinion. “BP and Subway Store 127 in Verona Virginia is so blessed to have Ms Megan working there. She was sweet, polite, fast and efficient. She went out of her way to help and accommodate me. I had eye surgery at UVA yesterday. I am struggling to see with only one bad eye without contacts or glasses. I can not emphasize how kind and fast Megan worked filling my family's and other customers orders. She graciously helped me order. She is a great asset to this store showing her skilled management of employees, knowledge, efficiency and empathy. She quickly helped coworkers fill multiple orders while helping other employees navigate and fly through the checkout process with ease. The store is very clean and stocked. The bathrooms were spotless. I highly recommend this store for the weary traveler, family or anyone. If you are a veteran, special needs or have family members who are you can stop here knowing all will be taken care of with love and respect.
