I was just at your Sugarland Crossing location this morning in Sterling, Virginia, and I picked up a curbside mobile order and upon arriving home, I realized it was missing one part of my order. So I went back and was offered not the exact item that I had ordered for breakfast, but it was a similar item. Your manager offered a cookie or some thing along with that to offer his apologies and really all I wanted was the spicy fillet that I had ordered but he was more than apologetic and was extremely helpful. These are the things that keep me coming back to Chick-fil-A time and time again“
