“I want to come before paying for my check hahaha
Writing this with my belly full of super tasty food and mind full of joy.
Paid all you can for my daughter to eat only rice BUT I had my fair share of delicious meat... Quantity may have gone beyond what a regular human serving size should be for sure! Tried Korean beer and the Soju mojito. Service was excellent never had a chance of calling on anyone because they came to check on me and family constantly. Super happy with this experience and can't wait to get back here soon“

“This place is located in the LOTTE shopping center in the food court to the right. Stopped in for a quick bite to eat while shopping at LOTTE; the rice cake soup was phenomenal. Some of the best Korean soup I’ve had and the sweet-and-sour pork was very good with a very good portion. Enjoyed the food very much.“

“This was a perfect lunch that tasted like it should have cost far more. if you have a team that you'd like to feed lunch to for under $30 a person, this is the place for you! tender seasoned meats, fresh vegetables, stuffed pork dumplings- everything about this place is exactly what casual dining should be: healthy, friendly, high quality ingredients and excellent flavors. ! “A Familiar Taste That Never Changes.
It had been about a year since my last visit to Kohyang Jip, and nothing much has changed — the same small dining space, the worn-out interior, and a modest selection of Korean dishes. But there's something comforting about that consistency.
This time, I tried the nakji (octopus) dish for the first time.
The seasoning wasn’t overpowering, but it had depth — just the kind of flavor that makes you want another bite of rice. The food here always hits a solid middle ground — nothing flashy, but always reliable and satisfying.
Thank you, Kohyang Jip. I’ll be back again.“

“Delicious soup and side dishes. Their pork hansang rice dish is superb. I don't know what seasoning they put on it, but it's so flavorful. I definitely recommend it.Their seafood pancake was good too with good amounts of seafood in it. Wish it came with some sauce but I used the sauce that comes with the entrees“

“I love Korean food but as a vegetarian, there are not many options in most northern va restaurants. This place has delicious veggie kimchi pancakes and vegan ramen. I wish there were some more options to add veggies to the ramen. It’s a very authentic place and I felt like I was getting a home-cooked Korean meal.“

“Dined in here a couple days ago and it was amazing!! Love the atmosphere of this place and the service was awesome and staff is very attentive. The chicken wings are fried to perfection and super crunchy, the soy garlic sauce is amazing. This is without a doubt the best fried chicken I've ever had ANYWHERE, PERIOD! I would also recommend ordering SEASON FRIES, so good its actually addicting. I will for sure be a regular customer here because no place can beat this!“

“My server & host Jay set the mood the drinks were good I'd suggest the grape soju & the dumplings were fire 🔥 it was happy hour that was a combo well worth the meal, I'd also suggest the hamburger steak 😋 amazing atmosphere & kpop playing on the huge flat screen TVs 📺 definitely a 5 / 5 visit it was really good & I'll go back for another visit soon. “So yummy and such a great price. We came with 8 people and the bill was surprisingly low. There’s a good selection of meats and sides. All were very very good.
The music wasn’t too loud, but we came at an awkward time so that could be why.
I appreciate they take reservations as well.“

“I stopped in to try another place that hadn't been reported as closed and saw this place. The lady running it was super nice and suggested options for me and my kids. The chicken was crispy and so good. I really enjoyed it and while I was in there on a whim, im looking forward to going back and trying a different flavor (I had the cheesling one this time)“

“I love this location. It is convenient to me and the food quality is also very good. This restaurant feels abundant space, wide and clean. The waiting section is also good.
Price is okay for the amount and quality you pay for. Usually, I order 2~3 items when I visit and eat for 2~3 times.“

“We love this place, it's our go-to Korean BBQ place. Meat is high quality, sides and vibe are good. Last night we had Crystal as our waitress and she was phenomenal! Figured I finally owed you guys those five stars. Thank Crystal for them! We'll be back soon.“
