“On 7/18/25, in that I was in the area around dinner time, I decided to try out the Glory Days Restaurant in Stone Ridge, VA. I experienced an OUTSTANDING dinner eating at this restaurant!

The ambiance was quite nice, pretty much what I expected to see in a grill restaurant.

All of the food was fantastic. In that my server understood that it was my first time visiting the restaurant, she arranged to have me served their “rookie plates.” The first plate consisted of delicious pretzel bread, battered mozzarella cheese, and battered chicken bits. The second plate had a couple of chicken wings. Additionally, the plates had three of their special sauces.

I was incredibly impressed with my server/waitress, Samantha! She meticulously handled every aspect of my dining experience. I would be thrilled to have her work at my restaurant. (If I owned one, that is.)

“A friend and I meet at Theisman's restaurant for lunch quite often. I live in Alexandria and she lives in Warrenton so it's a great middle point. We both love the food and the hostesses and waitstaff are excellent. The atmosphere is nice.. the reason I gave it 4 stars is that the music in there was so loud. We decided to sit on the porch thinking it would be quieter and it was such a beautiful day... unfortunately the music was extremely loud out there too and seemed to increase in volume as we were out there for about 2 hours. I noticed a few other people were saying that it was so loud too. We should have said something to the hostess but we had not seen each other in awhile. Wonderful place, but people do want to be able to talk and hear each other. Hopefully, this will get to the right ears ?“

“I had an amazing experience at Silver Diner thanks to our waiter, Badr. From the moment we sat down, he was quick, attentive, and genuinely on top of everything. He checked in at all the right times without ever feeling intrusive, and made sure we had everything we needed.

What really stood out was his personality — friendly, upbeat, and funny. He added little jokes and light conversation that made the meal feel even more enjoyable. You can tell he really enjoys his job and cares about giving great service.

Overall, Badr made our visit memorable. Silver Diner is lucky to have him. Highly recommend asking for Badr if you want top-tier service!“

While there aren’t a ton of options on tap, the mix they offer covers a nice range of flavors and includes some awesome local craft brews. “All the food I have ever bought from the Cafe has been great. Ive been a member ever since they opened the facility. The choco rush is a must try as well as the red antioxidant. The quesadillas taste just like my mom made then and the chicken sando is probably better than most chicken sando places in the area. Great fries too.“

Lamb chops, crab cakes and ribeye for main course. Mango sorbet and cappuccino creme brûlée for dessert. We liked all of it except the risotto that accompanied the lamb chop. “Longhorn is one of those places I've always had good experiences except for one mediocre one in Maryland. Tonight food was excellent, inside was very clean, love the decor as I am a Texan and Longhorn grad (well MBA), and service was very good. Great location, spoke to Manager briefly on the way in, could tell he was on top of things. Told the one older server and cute hostess on my way out that they should really add some steak sauces. Forget the BS of having your own sauce, get some standard ones from Sysco and give him some options for maybe a small upcharge. Really impressed with the quality of their filets for the price. As someone who has done a lot of food deals and ran a food plant for one of the top CPGs, I am usually pretty critical on steak quality. But for their prices I have made respect, and they do a really consistent job in cooking them. Great job guys. An old boss was SVP for Fish procurement at Darden, they do a great job!“

“Looking for Bottle of Red-wine and found this restaurant very close to our residence. Went up to the shop had a look at the wine display took one bottle each of red-wine Spain and Italian, the lady on the counter very polite and helpful answered sone questions and took for billing. They do have variety of meat and meat products. Can have done beer or soft drinks with food there itself. It a great place to visit. Amble space for free parking, pricing reasonable. We were looking for some venison meat, not readily available they tired to organise from a supplier, since our qty was not matching couldn’t make it.“

“I visited this place on 03/15/26 the Spicy Wings was the best, I ordered the Brisket Quessadias...that was fantastic 😋, I ordered the Smoked Ribs...very tender, fall off the bone beef ribs. But was extremely greasy 🤷🏿‍♂️...watch ur Cholesterol with that entree. Place was clean, Staff needs a raise 💰 we offered a Tip, but the server refused it, he gave us great service 👍🏿 it has been in business jus 8 months...it already needs to expand seating, only 14 available seating in the Dining Area. Good problem to have & I seen Nooo...evidence of Cock Roaches 🪳 very clean Dining Area....Overall I give a 4 Star Rating for the Food, it would've gotten 5 Stars if more seating was available...it is a solid place for orders to go...yess, I would visit again...🤷🏿‍♂️😁“

“Food is good and menu has something for everyone. The best part is the staff. Anna is an awesome server. She has taken care of our family a few times and she always remembers us and our preferences. She is great with kids. The last time my daughter and I were there she had another table with a couple that had a baby. She took care of them seamlessly while juggling everyone else.“

“This is a casual, sports bar type restaurant so we weren't expecting fine dining. However, we were pleasantly surprised with the good quality of the food. I rated the food 4 stars in comparison with other casual restaurants. From chicken wings, to nachos, to salads, everyone was pleased with a meal that was better than we expected. The only mis-step food-wise was somewhat rubbery chicken on the sheet pan nachos. I ended up picking those off. The service staff was busy but good. A manager was walking around making sure everyone was satisfied and that their orders were correct. I appreciated this as he seemed genuinely interested in making sure customers were happy. Shout-out to the bartender on 10/26—making some flavorful, balanced cocktails that didn't make me feel like I wasted my money. Fun atmosphere—I would eat here again!“
