I spelled my name to him once and my wife spelled it the 2nd time (we have almost the same name as the owners). The host asked me if it was for the restaurant and I pulled out my confirmation text messages including the previous day. He then said for us to stay until he gets everyone in and he might have an extra table where he can seat us. I informed him that my money has been taken too. He suggested that we wait until all are inside and he will come and get us. We were so embarrassed in front of all the people there. I then called and spoke to a manager at The Black Sheep who said that I need to talk to the host at the Brentsville Hall and that he cannot do anything. I checked my credit card company and saw the charge that I saw when I made the reservation still there as the manager vehemently said they do not charge earlier. Management's lack of knowledge on the procedure.While we were waiting and the host made no attempt to find us the seating, a gentleman asked the host if there was anyone not checked in after all were seated 10-15 mins ago. The host read out 3 names from the same list he had before and one of those was my name....the same name we spelled twice before and he said was not on the list.I was about to leave with a huge bitterness about this restaurant and it's staff and thinking of demanding a refund and not to mention with a dishonored and humiliated mother, and loss of paid money due to the lack of education of your host. Feeling ashamed of having had our daughter's wedding (handled by Helen so beautifully). Villargio needs to hire staff who canRead English adequately and follow through what they promised their guests.Sadly, we no longer want to patronize to your other wise fine hospitality institute.“

“A friend and I meet at Theisman's restaurant for lunch quite often. I live in Alexandria and she lives in Warrenton so it's a great middle point. We both love the food and the hostesses and waitstaff are excellent. The atmosphere is nice.. the reason I gave it 4 stars is that the music in there was so loud. We decided to sit on the porch thinking it would be quieter and it was such a beautiful day... unfortunately the music was extremely loud out there too and seemed to increase in volume as we were out there for about 2 hours. I noticed a few other people were saying that it was so loud too. We should have said something to the hostess but we had not seen each other in awhile. Wonderful place, but people do want to be able to talk and hear each other. Hopefully, this will get to the right ears ?“

They found a table for us within 10 minutes even though they were quite full on the Saturday before Mother's day. The host took our order shortly after and the waiter was very pleasant throughout. Love the bar it is absolutely beautiful. The service was okay. The place had a few customers, but the waitress was attentive, polite and didn't make me wait long. The owner happened to be there and was also personable and keep me company while the cook made my to go order. I got the Steak & Cheese. I HATE onions. I didn't realize the S&C had onions (I didn't ask either). But I am pleasantly surprised by the flavor and even though it has onions, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I am truly glad I didn't ask. The food is fantastic, the price is very reasonable for the quality and amount of food they provide. The service is fast and friendly. If you are in or around Manassas, make the drive and try this place, you won't be disappointed.Parking: 6 Spots in the front, roughly 20 around the building and in the back.
