Chipotle Mexican Grill Reviews
Food is always old customer service is trash
For a new location this place is so gross. The food, the service just gives I don’t care about the customers. It’s always dirty. My last order there was hair in the food not even an apology was offered. The attitude was just overall disgusting. Is there even any management/supervisors that work there. Do better especially people are paying money for the food. I would give no stars if I could I guess the one star is for not seeing any roaches or rats run out the back.
Customer service was poor and the staff seem untrained and unprofessional. I waited a long time and was never helped. While waiting, I noticed the food on the line looked dry and old, like it had been sitting out for hours. It really didn’t look fresh. And this isn’t the first time. On a previous visit, the food also looked old and dried out, so it feels like a recurring issue. I decided not to waste my money. This chipotle is disappointing, they could have kept it.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a new restaurant. The food is good, fresh, and hot. Specific meals like the Carne Asada beef are mentioned. The staff and workers are very friendly, very apologetic, and pleasant. The location is great and convenient, featuring a pickup lane.
However, as a brand new store, there are significant wait times that are extremely long and it takes a little longer than projected. The store can get backed up with many orders. For a better experience, it is strongly suggested to go inside to order rather than using the drive-thru or ordering online. Some recommend that online orders or DoorDash should perhaps be turned off during busy periods until the business dies down.
Some reviews note that upon visiting, the food trays were mostly empty and containers for items like queso and pico were dried. There can be a wait for fresh ingredients, like waiting for carne asada to be cut. The store is staffed with young adults and teens, and it is acknowledged that they are learning. The consensus is to give the new place time, grace, and time to adjust and develop. The employees are trying hard and, despite some delays, the food is great once you get it.
