“I used the drive-thru and pulled up to the first window to pay, but no one was there. After waiting about a minute, I drove to the second window. An employee came to the window, looked at me, and told me I had to back up to the first window because I hadn't paid. I explained that I had waited at the first window, but no one ever came, so I assumed I was at the wrong window. I asked if I could just pay at the second window, but they said no and made me back up. The whole experience was confusing and could have been handled much better.“

“I got the spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles, baked Mac and cheese with the banana pudding for dessert. The sandwich with the red sauce 8.8/10 nice healthy pieces of chicken, the Mac and cheese 9.2/10 the top was nice and crispy and the cheese was super creamy. Now the Banana pudding 9.8/10 nice thick pudding not watery at all the wafers were perfect bringing my total score to 27.8/30. the portions are well balanced!! Yeah I plan on returning to try 3 more random items from the menu“

“Have never had a bad time eating here. There was only one time they messed up my order(I honestly blame doordash for that one) and the food was still amazing.
If you're reading this and find yourself on Courthouee road, stop by and try the Carne Asada Fries. I order it everytime and it's been great Everytime.“

The guy didn't say anything to us. Fifteen employees there laughing and carrying on. So unprofessional. Place was dirty also.“

“Great food. 🥘 A lot of hot chicken places overcook their chicken. It’s usually dry and not truly “hot.” The chicken was cooked perfectly and hot to the degree requested. The waffle fries stir out. I was thinking something like Chic-Fil-A but they were much better. Fried okra was also perfectly cooked. Not soggy and overdone. Definitely will be coming back.“

“Sometimes when you go to Applebee's, you get something completely different than what you ordered. Sometimes when you go to Arby's, the curly fries have been sitting on the warmer way too long, or maybe aren't all the way done. But when they are just right, they are so good. So, you roll the dice and embrace the adventure that is food prepared by people who probably don't have a passion for cooking, and just need a job. In this instance, the fries had been sitting too long, but the employees were friendly. Maybe this is the best of all possible worlds, and we can just set our expectations accordingly.“

“If you can’t find the milkshake you crave at CookOut Olive Branch, you didn’t look at the menu well. They have so many options! I settled on the cheesecake shake; so delicious! 😋 Cashier was friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back to try another flavor.“

“Friendly staff, good coffee selection and clean bathrooms. Only downfall was food at this location. Got food, it wasn't terrible but I couldn't eat the bread of my sandwich (got the chicken salad) because it was pretty hard to chew, not soft as bread should be. Previous stops at other locations before were all fine food wise.“

“We stopped on our way to Florida, it was a nice, quick stop. It was located in a small shopping plaza next door to ABC liquor store. The woman who took care of us was pleasant. The counter where the food was displayed was clean. Which I really appreciate! Bathroom was also clean again appreciated after long drive. Chips were in full displayed as well as the drinks fridge. The only thing that I noticed was the floors could have used a sweeping not filthy just a little messy. Otherwise good stop!“

“This specific taco bell has always been great. from dining in with my kids to grabbing something on the go from the drive thru. this taco bell has always delivered in a timely and proper manner. food has always been great, keep up the good work!“

“Dining inside is nice. They have the kiosk and a real person will take your order. Inside was clean and the napkins and sauce were stocked. I got the mexicanpizza with extra sauce and added rice. Sometimes the rice is added on top. The parking lot had plenty of spots.

Came back a couple weeks later and the service was still good and dining area was mostly clean.“

“I have food allergies and have to request substitutions. My special requests have always been accurate and the food has always been hot and fresh. It occasionally is prepared messy, but overall in good shape. Staff has been pleasant majority of the time, just an occasional off day with subpar friendliness.

Parking lot and drive-thru are a little tight. I've never been inside, only drive-thru and can't comment on restrooms or dining area. The screen is easy to read and accurate. They can get busy and therefore slow during the lunch rush. Other times of day service is quick.“

“This is an old location that has been completely remodeled. There are no outlets for “us” to use…anyways, they get my order right every time so far. This is what’s left of my freezie. It was good. It’s keeping me cool right now.

I love their cantina quesadillas, and the mango drink. Yum.“

“Last night I went out for some delicious lemonades, but at that moment they didn’t have any available. They offered me other drink options, and I explained to the guy at the drive-thru window that the only reason I came at 10:00 PM was because I was really craving a lemonade. The guy was very kind and said he would talk to the manager to see how they could fix the situation. She was also very kind and told him to please ask me to wait in the parking lot, that she would prepare the lemonade right then and they would bring it to my car. In less than 5 minutes, the super friendly guy brought me the three lemonades, and they even gave me a dessert as a courtesy. Every time I go, they are very quick and friendly. Thank you so much — you all are amazing!“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“
