If you order the plain ones, dip it in their white sauce and you’re all set! They also have a huge portion on their Beef bulgogi! Good quality meat and very good flavor! This is a good spot if you’re craving Korean while at the mall!“

“My first time in a Potbelly and Terell was very patient and professional. He explained the process and menu items to me. He even checked the ripened avocado 🥑 for me before I could decide. The place was clean, and there were plenty of reserves parking for patrons that I love since it is by the highway in the busy city side.
The soup was hot and delicious 😋 and tasted like a pot pie, not chicken noodles soup!
The sandwich was toasted to perfection. Thank you for a great first experience.“

Inside, there’s plenty of seating, so you don’t feel cramped or rushed, and the space has a comfortable, welcoming vibe. The food itself was solid, around an 8/10 for me, with fresh flavors and generous portions.
The wait time was a little on the longer side, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better.

I was given a sample of my meal as they were preparing it and that sample bite was the best thing that could have happened. “The best banana pudding milkshake out of any place we've been to, and it's not even close. The California burger was amazing and perfectly made. This is a must-try place, especially if you've never been before! It was our first time, and we absolutely loved it! The only issue was the size of the fries; they are on the smaller side, but that did not affect the taste. We just wished they were bigger.“

“Our first time here, we are astounded!! Kid got the bulgogi bowl and loved it. The charred cabbage was an amazing treat. I got the Sando and it is HUGE. House sauce was so good, you can definitely tell the coleslaw is homemade. Wife got the chicken wrap and the veggies were fresh with three huge tenders inside. Fries are basic frozen ones, but they are hot and crisp and way better cooked than most places. We ended up taking at least half of everything home! Place is super clean, staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed salt and BBQ sauce for the fries. We are most definitely coming back to try more!“
