One of the better sandwiches I've had top to bottom. I was pleased with the flavors, textures and portions from this meal. I ordered the "big" Italian on white and it was out of this world. I think the thing that separates potbelly from its competitors is the toaster it uses. The bread was well toasted on all sides. Perfectly crisp to firm up the bite on each part of the bread. Stopped by here to pick-up for lunch. No line and quick service. The Italian is my favorite sandwich and is consistently made well. Great option if you want something to grab quick in the area and don't want to deal with lines at other places.

I had been to a Potbelly before and was unimpressed. This one however felt very different. The restaurant was larger and had a lot of windows so was airy and light. The sandwich I had was yummy as was their soup. Order and pay at counter but the environs were so pleasant.
