“Unless you are familiar with the order process it was confusing because no one behind the counter assisted you. Mostly do it yourself. Grab you drink out of the cooler. Order at the counter, pay and review the receipt and then it's difficult to get the order corrected, we had 2 sandwiches that had to be redone. Purchased 5 cookies and the sign says buy 5 get 1 free, not enough cookies out on counter, had difficulty get anyone's attention behind the counter fir additional cookies and to get 2 shakes that were ordered. Self serve chips and fountain drinks, unable to find any napkins to take with take out order. There also seemed to be a language barrier when asking questions and we're referred to the person making sandwiches. They should post instructions as the workers seem to have assigned positions that do not include responding to customers in line. They are also busy with on line and pick orders so plan to wait a while. Never got any napkins looked all over the restaurant. The food was good.“

“I have been eating at Earl's for 15+ years. Personal favorites are the Pork and Fries, Salmon BLT and Cuban Club, but all of the sandwiches and sides are excellent. New Orleans Turkey Gumbo is an underrated choice for something outside the sandwiches as well. Ingredients and staff are the best and I have never had anything but great food here.“

“This place has really good banh mi at good prices. I think they may have changed their bread recipe recently, because the bread used to be too hard but now it's soft with the right amount of crisp on the crust. Ham Banh Mi is hard to beat.

Vietnamese coffee also really, really good.It's the best option I've found in NoVA for both Banh Mi and Vietnamese coffee.“

“Hidden in the university mall shopping center is this well decorated restaurant/cafe. The staff is so friendly and the service is so fast. We had the sea salt coffee which is delicious. You must also try any of their banh mi’s. They offer a meal deal as well. Incredibly affordable!“

“This is my favorite Subway. I have been to many subways in my lifetime. I've never been impressed to where I thought I'd write a review. I've come here three times so far and each time I was greeted with a smile. The vegetables are always fresh and the store is always clean. The employees are always patient with me and my kids because we never know what we want. One day I had gotten off of work and got some mud in the store from my boots. They were not angry at all, definitely didn't do it on purpose, but they could see how exhausted and hungry I was at the time. “The good: Omar was great and he was so helpful and nice, he even went over the deals of the day. The other lady not so much, she had bad attitude, and rude come backs when she barely put cheese on the sandwich and then when I asked her which sandwich had jalapeños she asked Omar to open the sandwich because she didn’t remember. Her attitude was terrible! All she had to do was make a mark on the sandwich that was different, that was it. The only reason I take a star is because of her attitude, other than that it was good service.“

“Had Charley for lunch about 2 days ago, and was satisfied with the customer service between different clients and the rush hour they were going through. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak, with fries and a coke and a small Chicken buffalo sandwich. I absolutely recommend the Philly it’s a classic can’t go wrong, the fries are crunchy, not soggy or floppy and is decent size 10/10. The chicken buffalo felt like it needed more flavor from the chicken, most was from the sauce it was still delicious and still ate it, 7.8/10. Overall even busy I was given good service and got my food in a nice manner and it was tasty. 🙌“

“This deli is hidden and tucked away but is a gem of a find. It has a classic workplace deli feel and the staff knows people and their orders by name, which tells you a lot about how good the food is. It’s really well priced and it’s surprisingly good for being a workday deli. It can be a bit slow during the lunch rush since they are small but it’s definitely worth the wait.“

Seems like the movie theater and food court are what is keeping this bankrupt Mall going. A lot of idependently owned stores with some clothing and other merchandise and a few chain retailers.“
