“Unless you are familiar with the order process it was confusing because no one behind the counter assisted you. Mostly do it yourself. Grab you drink out of the cooler. Order at the counter, pay and review the receipt and then it's difficult to get the order corrected, we had 2 sandwiches that had to be redone. Purchased 5 cookies and the sign says buy 5 get 1 free, not enough cookies out on counter, had difficulty get anyone's attention behind the counter fir additional cookies and to get 2 shakes that were ordered. Self serve chips and fountain drinks, unable to find any napkins to take with take out order. There also seemed to be a language barrier when asking questions and we're referred to the person making sandwiches. They should post instructions as the workers seem to have assigned positions that do not include responding to customers in line. They are also busy with on line and pick orders so plan to wait a while. Never got any napkins looked all over the restaurant. The food was good.“

“This is my favorite Subway. I have been to many subways in my lifetime. I've never been impressed to where I thought I'd write a review. I've come here three times so far and each time I was greeted with a smile. The vegetables are always fresh and the store is always clean. The employees are always patient with me and my kids because we never know what we want. One day I had gotten off of work and got some mud in the store from my boots. They were not angry at all, definitely didn't do it on purpose, but they could see how exhausted and hungry I was at the time. “The good: Omar was great and he was so helpful and nice, he even went over the deals of the day. The other lady not so much, she had bad attitude, and rude come backs when she barely put cheese on the sandwich and then when I asked her which sandwich had jalapeños she asked Omar to open the sandwich because she didn’t remember. Her attitude was terrible! All she had to do was make a mark on the sandwich that was different, that was it. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak, with fries and a coke and a small Chicken buffalo sandwich. I absolutely recommend the Philly it’s a classic can’t go wrong, the fries are crunchy, not soggy or floppy and is decent size 10/10. The chicken buffalo felt like it needed more flavor from the chicken, most was from the sauce it was still delicious and still ate it, 7.8/10. “Subway is a go to staple of mine. Today due to many factors I needed to buy lunch and was on 123. I saw this subway and pulled in. First off they greeted me as I entered. Nice touch. The store was adequately staffed and turning sandwiches fast. Everyone was friendly and professional. I ordered the subway club which is thankfully back on the menu. When I started eating my sandwich the first thing I noticed was the roll. This was much better then any subway I have been to. The roll had a nice crust and was soft and fluffy on the inside like it should be. “Absolutely the BEST customer service I have ever received. The entire staff was friendly from the moment I walked in until I left. They not only were very quick with getting my order and professional, but they immediately started a conversation with me and had huge smiles on their faces and really seemed to care about how my day was going. Additionally, I have celiac disease so it is hard for me to trust the cross-contamination from fast food places, but they took extra steps to ensure I felt safe and could enjoy a sandwich. They changed out their gloves, thoroughly wiped down the entire station including the island and meat cutter machine. They also got a brand new knife and cutting board as well. Food is made to order and absolutely delicious, located on the first level of the business complex, and well worth the drive if you are close! Prices are reasonable and portions are perfect.
