“Literally EVERYTHING on their menu is DELICIOUS! I Love the teriyaki chicken, the beef bulgogi, and their chicken pesto panini 🤤 They are also very very generous with the amount of food you get. For example their chicken panini has a HUGE piece of Chicken breast in it and the mozzarella cheese are HUGE and thick fresh slices. The word "skimpy" is unknown here 🤤 They have an AMAZING drink selection as well. Really love how many different types of Green Tea they have. If you have a chance to stop by or you're close by, I highly recommend you give it a try. They have outdoor seating with umbrellas.“

On the downside, the restaurant is really no frills. The service leaves much to be desired and is downright cold. Good luck asking for extra napkins. You will get a death stare along with a couple of kiddie napkins.“

The ambiance is very nice, low light but more than enough to cook and enjoy each other's company. Jay Kim made sure we always had what we needed. The sauce bar was amazing, so many choices. I recommend making a few bowls, some for the broth and and some for dipping your cooked food. If you get any type of meat, also make a sauce to marinade the meat. You don't have to but it made a good difference. Meats are thinly sliced for quick cooking and again,so fresh. The price was worth the amount of food and the experience. There is an all you can eat option or an a la carte option where you just get one meat selection and a vegetable plate which was more than enough for us as a party of young ladies. This was a great first hot pot experience and I definitely recommend it, just make sure to ask for Jay Kim. I know you will enjoy it!!!“

“This was my first time at Sorak Garden. My mom picked it out. I ordered the Kimchi Jigae, my son ordered the japchae, and my mom ordered the Dolsot Bibim bap, We shared the fried mandu (dumplings). It's sad that I had to leave MD to find a really great Korean restaurant, but I'm glad my mom took me here. The service was wonderful as well.
