“came here due to it's availability to be opened during July 4th. so you can imagined I had the place all to myself!

started off w the traditional phở special and the Vietnamese iced coffee. phở was underwhelming... definitely on the lighter side. even w the extra trimmings it was ok @ best. the coffee was also not as rich and flavorful as a straight drip chicory coffee w sweet condensed milk would offer. you can tell by the light coloration of the glass as soon as it was brought out.

the highlight of the meal was the fried crab & pork rolls. you can hear the kitchen frying it up because the rolls are usually prepped ahead of time and fried to order, which usually doesn't take long. I enjoyed it a lot dipping w the fish sauce. the first bite didn't looked like it had a good amount of crabs but the 2nd piece showed it; just a comparison of the way the fillings looked even though both were plenty.

overall: if I'm here I'd try something else. it was good experience.“

“Gracious staff welcomed us in. The restraunt was very clean and the decor is beautiful. There are so many vegan options on the menu, it's hard to decide what to try first. We ordered the brown rice garden rolls, pad thai and congee. Everything was delicious. We plan to be frequent customers, and maybe eventually we'll be able to try everything on the menu.“

The food is good and well priced.

I had a green curry and it had a good amount of chicken and was tasty.

The crab fried rice had a great flame grilled taste and left a great fun sensation in the mouth. It was also surprisingly affordable at 22$

Staff is nice too!

This is really great place to go, will definitely come back.

Gluten is not labeled on the menu but the staff is knowledgeable and accommodating.

The menu does say it accommodates vegetarians as fish sauce can be taken out of any dish.“

“Had read some mixed reviews but we gave it a shot and we were greatly impressed! We called ahead for our party of 10 and they had our reservations ready and accommodated us nicely. The service was excellent and the food was fantastic. Our party ranged from age 14 to 55, some loved Thai and some had never tried it. There was something for everyone to enjoy on the menu. Plus, it was very reasonably priced. We had a large party and it didn't break the bank, as they say. Great food and comradery was had by all! I don't normally write reviews, but again, I was impressed. Definitely recommend!“

“New Sushi/Ramen restaurant that my wife and I have been to at least 5 times in the last 2 weeks. The food and service is incredible and the prices are very reasonable. We love the fried tuna, avocado, and cream cheese roll, shoyu ramen, and their bento boxes. Everything we try tastes so fresh and flavorful! Can’t wait to keep sampling more of their menu.“

Ugly dumplings, red chicken soup dumplings OMG SO GOOD! Green beans ugly style omg I can eat a whole bowl of that by myself. Braised baby back ribs with a side of rice omg yummmm! Foods we didn’t like Chicken and broccoli didn’t taste authentic, chicken stir fried noodles no taste, steamed buns there was a smell to it and couldn’t taste better and the Mongolian beef. We realized food isn’t the best but the dumplings are the way to go. Since they recently opened we’ve been back 5 times lol. Definitely a must try! Drinks taste good as well.“

“Came in on a hot day (July 2025). Loved the noodles, ease of ordering on the monitors and good seating to work thru lunch break. The customer service was 12 out of 10. All the workers were friendly and attentive. They greeted everyone, cleaned up after each guest, and asked every customer how they were doing and if they needed anything. Kudos to the ladies in the kitchen. I do think the AC is broken so it can’t be easy. There were also no bathrooms so I wasn’t able to wash my hands.“

“the food was so numbly addicting. do not underestimate the spice at this establishment. my family and i are huge spicy food enthusiasts and the food had our taste buds numb and had us sweating by the end of the meal, in the best way possible. highly recommend the wontons in chili oil, spicy beef noodle soup, lotus root side dish, the pork skewers.
the restaurant is order via QR code and on your phone. the white lights they use in the restaurant kinda made it feel like i was in a lab or medical office since it was so bright. every single table was filled up on the Friday evening with families waiting to be seated.“

“This place is incredible. I am not aware of any other luosifen noodle house in the area. If you, like me, are a newcomer to this style of noodle soup, you are going to be extremely impressed. The bone broth is bracing, complex, and flavorful, far richer and deeper than pho or tonkotsu. Recommend getting it spicy: it brings all the flavors together without being overwhelming. Additionally, the Sichuan menu is one of the best in the area, second only to Mama Chang's and Hong Kong Palace. This place is pretty new and trying to get its feet underneath it. Let's support high quality food!“

“We entered the place greeted by a beautiful interior and friendly workers. The menu was very easy to navigate. They were very kind with informing me with allergens and took it into note with our dishes. When the food came out it was delicious, the warm spices and hot steam that emerged. The pork dumpling was my personal favorite, rich juicy broth inside and the flavorful pork. We were full and extremely satisfied with the meal. “Came for the first time after the owner ate at Honey Pig College Park where I served him. Very nice guy and I love pho and go to VA a lot so I came all the way from Maryland to give it a try and it was super delicious! Lots of different options, the pho came with lots meat and the summer roll and grilled pork roll was super good. The owner’s sister also gave us Thai tea and lemonade on the house and those were actually so good. Honestly best lemonade and Thai tea I’ve ever had.“

“There are so many pho restaurants in NOVA, but Pho Hai Duong has quickly become my favorite. I order their combination pho with extra hoisin and jalapeños at least once a week, and with their early opening hours I can even get pho for breakfast! I love the quality of their meat, the flavor of their broth, and the consistency of the meal each time I order. “Amina Thai in Rockville is an excellent spot to relax and enjoy some delicious Thai food. Their extensive menu features a variety of dishes, catering to both meat lovers and vegetarians alike. I tried the chicken Pad Thai, and it was truly exceptional. The sauce was wonderfully tangy, and there was plenty of chicken—definitely a step up from many Asian restaurants that skimp on meat.

“To this day, this is probably the best place in the area for some Chinese takeout. This is the usual go for parties and always give us extra goodies from fried chicken, rolls, etc. Yet, most recently the food was a bit off… hopefully it was just an unlucky batch otherwise it would be a bummer to see this place go downhill.“

“If you care a lot about service, you wouldn’t enjoy this place. But if you like pho for a good price, it would be worth it to come here.
Like a lot of the other reviews, the staff is efficient at what they do but they don’t care for any pleasantries. The Pho came out quickly after we ordered even though the restaurant was packed on a weekday afternoon. After that, our waiter never checked in with us again.
The pho itself tasted good and had big portions. Meat quality was decent as well. They do use good amount of MSG that I can taste.
Be sure to bring cash for when you pay at the register! Otherwise you will have to use their ATM.“

“This place has been around a couple of decades and is consistently busy for a reason. The food is excellent and the atmosphere is clean and inviting. No strange odors or terrifying bathroom that you get in some Thai restaurants. While it may not be true authentic Thai cuisine, it's delicious Thai comfort food and you'll be craving what you had there again.“

“First time here, staff all greeted me and were very friendly. The restaurant was very clean but I will say the music was pretty loud. I got the noodles with the sesame garlic sauce and I wasn’t expecting too much but wow. I really enjoyed it. It was $12 with chicken and I will have plenty leftover for tomorrow’s lunch. “I’ve been going here now for about 8 years and Passion Fin has the most remarkable sushi in the DMV. It’s definitely in my top 3 sushi restaurants in Maryland. I can tell the pandemic hit them hard and they now are closed on Mondays due to understaffing. Prices have been raised so I can only justify getting some during lunch happy hour which ends at 2:45. They have good Miso soups to go and they have mastered their packaging for carry-out. There’s a few tables outside where I often enjoy my food outside but whenever I’m there closer to 3pm the inside of the restaurant is barren.“
