“Gracious staff welcomed us in. The restraunt was very clean and the decor is beautiful. There are so many vegan options on the menu, it's hard to decide what to try first. We ordered the brown rice garden rolls, pad thai and congee. Everything was delicious. We plan to be frequent customers, and maybe eventually we'll be able to try everything on the menu.“

“We admittedly did not pay attention to the hours of operation and came after 2:15 (they close at 3 for a break prior to dinner hours) with a party of 8.... thankfully we were the only party, otherwise we could have been turned away. But the sweet woman seated us and let us know nicely. We did our best to eat quickly and respect their closing time so that we could come back shamefree lol!

We also ordered the ugly dumplings sampler, I rate this zero star and it a waste of money. Now the service was excellent! Our server Abel took his time explaining the menu since it's our first visit. He was always smiling, courteous and respectful.“

“10s across the board, this place never disappoints. William and his team are always on their game. Their service is swift, friendly, and diligent. I’ve never been to a business with consistently fantastic product across the board. I have no complaints or constructive comments. Price is on the higher end for “fast-food” but well worth it for the result, service and food. I take all of my friends here and rave about it to whoever will listen. I highly recommended their spicy garlic noodles!“

He came to us with all the sauce flavors to try. He took his time to explain everything. He checked up on us to see how we were doing. He also came and recommended dessert which was sooooo good. “I was excited to try this new dumpling spot since I heard it just opened. I tried to make a reservation ahead of time since it was the weekend, but there seemed to be an issue with their system and it wouldn’t go through. So I had to just show up and ended up waiting a long time to get seated.

However, once we got in, the food was actually really good and everything came out pretty quickly, which I appreciated. The reservation issue and the wait weren’t great, but the dumplings were tasty enough that I’d go back again.“

The grilled clams are a must-try — smoky, juicy, and topped with a savory mix of scallions, peanuts, and buttery fish sauce. Fast, friendly service and a clean, welcoming space make it even better. I've eaten here a few times and dined in at another location and have been very pleased with the quality of food, service, and friendliness of staff. “This place is incredible. I am not aware of any other luosifen noodle house in the area. If you, like me, are a newcomer to this style of noodle soup, you are going to be extremely impressed. The bone broth is bracing, complex, and flavorful, far richer and deeper than pho or tonkotsu. Recommend getting it spicy: it brings all the flavors together without being overwhelming. Additionally, the Sichuan menu is one of the best in the area, second only to Mama Chang's and Hong Kong Palace. This place is pretty new and trying to get its feet underneath it. “Had read some mixed reviews but we gave it a shot and we were greatly impressed! We called ahead for our party of 10 and they had our reservations ready and accommodated us nicely. The service was excellent and the food was fantastic. Our party ranged from age 14 to 55, some loved Thai and some had never tried it. There was something for everyone to enjoy on the menu. Plus, it was very reasonably priced. We had a large party and it didn't break the bank, as they say. Great food and comradery was had by all! I don't normally write reviews, but again, I was impressed. Definitely recommend!“

We particularly love the Szechuan Beef Noodle Soup and the spicy squid appetizer. It can get crowded at lunch time on the weekends, but we never have to wait very long.“

“I went here with my sisters and found the place empty. I was confused as to why, as I later found the food to be great! I had ordered the halal chicken ramen and added spice. It was warm, yummy and the chicken was seasoned amazingly. I ordered the edamame, and for 6.50 I expected a little more than what I got. I enjoyed the self serve water dispenser. I am giving a 4 - star review because my sister had ordered separately (she got the same thing) and her broth was very bland. As someone who does not have halal options near them, this was great!“

“I have been a regular since the early 2000 when I discovered this amazing place by mistake - after that a love was born. What amazing food they cook. Beautifully authentic and just fresh. I always got the tom kha soup and a bowl of jasmine rice for lunch, every single day.“

“This location is it!! The other locations don’t compare in terms of service and quality of food. Everything tastes fresh and so flavorful!

I tried the Herndon and McLean location. Every time I go, it just misses something compared to here.

Customer service is simple and straight forward. They’re always looking out at the tables in case anyone needs anything and they’re fast!

We have been trying to go here with no success. There is never amy parking even after sitting in the parking lot for 15 mins waiting on someone to come out. Surrounding parking areas are blocked off or have towing signs posted. We will keep trying to go, however, since the reviews are good.“

My son has allergies and the staff were really accommodating to make sure we didn't have any issues. “Incredible experience we get one hour lunch most places do not let us order in advance so we have to go order and waste a good 20 to 25 minutes for food and then quickly shove it down and then ask for a check. This place they let us order an hour in advance so when we get there to dine in the food is ready. The staff is extremely nice and courteous. The food is the main star everything I have tried here taste absolutely perfect The spice level you asked for you get they are very conscious about spices. I've gotten red curry green curry drunken noodles and pad Thai along with other appetizers and they are always delicious the side dipping sauces are delicious please try this place if you get a chance you will not regret it and the prices are decent.“

“There are so many pho restaurants in NOVA, but Pho Hai Duong has quickly become my favorite. I order their combination pho with extra hoisin and jalapeños at least once a week, and with their early opening hours I can even get pho for breakfast! “As my first tour visiting the U.S., I randomly came across this spot and decided to try the Combination Phở. The broth was aromatic, with tender, flavorful meats. The staff were warmly welcoming, taking the time to explain the dishes and making sure we had everything we needed. “I went on a Sunday afternoon looking for some comfort food, and I walked out nothing but satisfied. There was a little bit of a line/wait which was totally worth it. I got the #15 pho that was delicious. I liked how it was only pho and no other food, that’s how you know it’s good. Highly recommend checking it out!!“
