“It was my first time trying out this place this morning. I had to order the tiramisu iced latte just because who has tiramisu lattes, lol. It was absolutely divine. I would definitely go back and order another one. I also tasted the everything cloud bagel, which was nice and puffy/fluffy. And lastly, I had the Pain Au Chocolate. I highly recommend trying all of the above. Honestly, everything tasted high quality. I even saw the love the pastry chefs were putting into the food.“

He was very attentive to all our needs as well as constantly checking up on us. The food was pretty good, but what made the experience was the waiter. If you ever decide to come here make sure to ask for Tony as he will always make sure you’re treated like you’re his own family. “Hidden gem of a shop, literally as you have to navigate through an office building to get there. The presumably owner was wonderful and very helpful, he also emphasized his use of extra virgin olive oil for health. I don’t think the Chicken Msakhen I got was on the online menu, but so so tasty.

More of a takeout shop than a date night vibe, but it does have free WiFi! Please consider giving them your business, it’s so worth it“

“The staff and service was impeccable. This is hands down the best sushi restaurant I've ever experienced. The seafood is incredibly fresh, and every dish is visually stunning. The creativity behind the sauces truly sets this place apart, and I even heard the chef makes his own soy sauce—which absolutely shows in the depth of flavor. The Japanese uni was beautifully presented, and the tuna was a deep, rich red that melted in my mouth, finished perfectly with a delicate sprinkle of truffle oil. “Jaques' Brasserie is the undercroft of L'Auberge Chez Francois. It has a simpler menu, but the food is prepared with the same excellence as L'Auberge. It's a more casual dining experience, but the service is still top tier. I had the sweat breads and calves' liver -- both were excellent. The wine list was perfect for the Brasserie, and the deserts and aperitifs were superb (I had a poire williams, my wife a Mirabelle, which are hard to find. We'll be back.“

The shop works with its customers for their mutual benefit (revenue for the shop, service for the customer), as it should be, not biasing the transaction to either party. The service crew is warm, friendly, and helpful. I hope that I have found my new LBS for supporting my bicycling habit. Love that they incorporate a coffee shop & brewery into their operation too.“

“We had an excellent experience at Medium Rare. The staff was extremely attentive, the food was delicious. It was fresh, hot and generous portions- both times! The servers were particularly were extremely aware of dietary restrictions and even comped us two glasses of champagne as we were celebrating an anniversary. Because of how thoughtful and professional everyone at Medium Rare is, it is a favorite place for celebrations - or just because we want to.“

“If you are gluten intolerant this may be the beer for you. I have been gluten intolerant for 13 years now. I used to enjoy a beer here and there. Some of the gluten free ones out there are eh, at best. This beer has a full body taste. I did not have any issues drinking it. Now, that being said if you are gluten intolerant you must know yourself really well. It may not be for you, but than again it may. I am just excited that I had no issues and enjoyed a full tasting beer!“

“This is our fourth time ordering from Chan’s Kitchen, and they’ve been very consistent. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and reliable, which is why we keep coming back. Friendly and welcoming staff.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the egg rolls can sometimes be a bit greasy, but tastes really good.

“I’m going to post the same review I gave on Yelp - this is a 5 Star place! After a day in DC, my family decided to try Soul Thai on our way home. What a terrific Experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was some of the best Thai we have ever had. The Pad Thai was amazing. The Hang Over Noodles (Drunken Noodles) was exceptional. And the red curry was by far the best I’ve had in the area. The ambiance was quite pleasant as well. Initially we were sat in an area that was a little noisy for our taste, but they graciously moved us to a much quieter section. The owner, Nancy came over after our meal and was very appreciative of our comments on the meal. She shared with us that she personally picks the freshest ingredients she can find to ensure the quality of the food. I would highly recommend Soul Thai to everyone. We will be coming back soon. “Not sure how to graciously ask this question, but I am usually taken back when I see foodies without prices on their menu. It makes me think those preparing the menu may be arrogant to believe that price means nothing to patrons. Price matters. Are foods and drinks priced too high to be transparent? Are all patrons so well off that price to them really does not matter? I will sometimes pass over a place if they hide their prices, just because there are so many others that do not hide them. The atmosphere just by itself deserves a reluctant visit.“

While small, the space is both well utilized and the decorations cleverly thought out. They also host a variety of community events, though I can’t yet comment on those as I’m still waitlisted 🥲.

“My family dined here on Saturday lunch. It was difficult to find parking spot so we called the restaurant. You have to park at a garage across the street, and the restaurant will validate the ticket.

My family ordered donkotsu shio, donkotsu miso, and grilled hamachi. Ramen are just ok. I would not order ramen again if I go back here. There’s nothing really special about it. Grilled Hamachi was super soft, juicy, and not salty - exactly what I was looking for my young children.

Servers weren’t that friendly and there were only two servers. They were so busy to check on us. I waited like a meerkat for good 10 mins to ask for a check because I couldn’t get their attentions.

Overall, decent japanese restaurant but I am not sure if I would go back unless I am in the area.“
