Krista who I believe was the manager was very helpful when I made a stupid mistake and placed an online order for the wrong location. I first tried to call the other store I accidentally placed the order at and ask for a refund as the email I received requested. I was met with a very mellow “umm I dunno how to do that.” From the employee. So I went back in and they helped me out and I left very happy.“

“Wow, quality gelato. Purchased the espresso flavor which tastes like a latte in a cup. The line was almost out of the door, which says a lot on the stores own merit. A lot of flavors here with seemingly natural ingredients since the pistachio wasn't unnaturally green.“

“We ordered 2 sundaes and after paying for them, we were notified they didn’t have 1 in stock, and the other one had been discontinued, although it was still listed on their menu and apparently in their software as well. I was told before I reached the window but when I was trying to tell the young lady at the register/window, she continually cut me off and closed the window. She finally came back and informed me they were out of one of the flavors and asked me what flavor to replace it. I tried to explain we were told they were out of both flavors and she said that’s not the case and left again. Then she came to the window again to say they were out of both. I already knew that and if she had listened to both her boss and myself, instead of speaking over me, they would have gotten a 5. I don’t mind they ran out of something. I just think they need to hire people who can simply apologize and move on instead of being rude. Ice cream was good. Nothing spectacular but good. There’s other shops in town so will check them out too but likely be back here as well.“

“I love ❤️ they’re chocolate ice cream w/ hot peanut butter.. to some it sounds gross but if you like Reese cups you’ll love ❤️ this.. it I decided to try the cotton candy one since my son said he loves it & I’ve bought 8 quarts since the day they put it out on 8-3-23. I wish they made this more but then again I don’t I’d gain so much weight..LOL“
