“Staff is so kind to the teens. The food is top-notch, greasy enough to satisfy the craving for street-food but not unpalatable. They cook on demand so it is possible to customize and adjust according to your spice tolerance. It is in a gas station, but don’t let that dissuade you. It’s one of Vienna’s hidden gems.“

ALI provides awesome customer service and makes sure you have a pleasant visit. Ali went above and beyond today to make sure I found the food items I was looking for and that I was satisfied. Really nice improvements here at this location the past few weeks to bump my review up to 5 stars for this Panera.
For reference we stop by 1-2 times a week at this location. Typically between 3-4.
We frequently order the Roasted Turkey & Avocado.
The new Deli Ham sandwich is really nice too as they return ham sandwiches to the menu!“

Cozy little cafe with a friendly vibe. The owner (I think) was kind, and his warm, low voice when calling out names or drinks makes the place even more charming. I also loved the photos on the walls.“

“It’s the usual Panera experience with a delicious selection of food.

However, the dining area felt a bit off. It was giving an uninviting feel. It was somewhat comfortable, but the ambiance just didn’t feel right. Overall, the place could benefit from an update and improved lighting to bring it up to the Panera vibe. That said, the food & staff were great as always!“
