“I've ordered from this location a few times. I see that there's some negative reviews regarding this location. I usually order with the app, and get pick-up. That being said, you can usually get a better discount, especially when they have buy one, get one free footlong's, ordering with the app. An improvement that can be implemented, would be to have curbside pickup and dedicated pickup parking spots available. Overall, I've experienced good service. The order is ready on time for pickup, and most importantly, it's some good food! 4 🌟

“Wow, what an amazing sub shop. roanoke may have many places to grab a sandwich or a sub but sub shack really knows how to stand out. Large Portions and nicely toasted fresh bread. “What a fantastic chain of restaurants. This is my third visit and first to a different establishment. It was JUST as good as my previous visits to other locations. Food is so very fresh, and fantastic. The staff are wonderful and helpful in every way. The place is bright and extremely clean. The music tends to be loud but they are accommodating to sensitive hearing visitors.

Vegetarian options: A large variety of fresh veggies, falafel and hummus. There are also grain bowls. And any option you can request the impossible chicken. Yummy 😋“

“We love Jersey Mike’s! This is probably our most frequented locations, and they often have varied staff. Yesterday when we went in, they were having checkout troubles. It took them a few minutes to figure out how to resolve the issues which caused a pretty big back up of customers. However, they figured it out and was very apologetic for the delay. They ran out of napkins after our order, but replenished them in a very timely manner. I wish I knew the gentleman‘s name at the checkout as he was very patient and apologetic for the delay.“

“This place isn't bad but I wouldn't recommend. The nachos we ordered were a joke which is pictured. The salads are good. The potatoes are okay. The sandwiches are subpar and need to be better. Honestly, no matter what you order it looks very thrown together and nothing like the menu. do better.“

“I had never had breakfast at Subway, so I thought I'd try it. It wasn't too bad. The eggs were tasty, the toppings fresh, but they used yesterday's sub roll and it had some really hard places on it. I know it's early in the AM, but if you aren't going to have fresh rolls, try to figure out a way to keep the left over rolls fresher.“

( Cross the street at Kroger ) The staff are a little slow fixing the food and complain a good bit about other customers and online ordering that is why I gave 4 stars not 5. “One of our most frequently visited Subways. Great location only 10 mins from us. Always great service at this location. Food is always fresh and excellent. Cleanliness is always present. If you dine in, the tables could be wiped down a little better. Clean restrooms. Parking usually isn't a problem but it's a smaller lot with 10-12 parking spaces. Papa John's pizza located next door at this location also. Mojo Custom Sportswear Custom shirts next door to Papa John's if you need custom screen printing. Thank you Subway for keeping it fresh!

“Quite possibly the finest subway I’ve ever been to, and I’ve tried them all over the country as well as overseas. Freshest sandwich I’ve ever had from a Subway. The staff was pleasant and professional. The bathroom was so clean, the Virgin Mary herself would be proud to take a dump here. 10/10 would recommend.“

“Ordered yesterday and while eating pulled a long blonde hair from my sub and part of it was in my mouth. Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. It's not hard to put your hair up. I'm also pregnant and this made me physically get sick. Only ate a quarter of a giant sub and couldn't finish the rest. Usually never have problems with this location until now. When ordering for delivery on the Jersey Mike's app you don't get to choose which location you order from. So I will not be ordering anymore sadly... since this location won't regulate sanitary standards.“

“We have been to this Subway a few times, but we have never met nor received the up most customer service and joy that was served. James and Desmon were a wonderful team. We had a coupon for 3 subs, and they nailed it! James was very knowledgeable of the menu, and with 1 sub being different from the two, his memory was spot on. It seems as if he has been doing this a long time. I love how some ingredients were low, and Desmon was happy to help no problem. I appreciate the glove change between the restock. Everything was extremely efficient, clean, and their humor and demeanor was very inviting. Thank you two for the positive experience!“

The parking lot is kinda small and they have a drive through. The location is right next to the Bergland Civic center. I do recommend coming here.“

“Love Subway. The food is good. However, i occasionally notice vegetables that should be thrown out. Like browning lettuce.

New upgrades inside. Don't like that they changed where you can no longer see the meat and cheese. Makes me wonder why? ?

And they no longer have a picture of bread types on the glass, so you have to ask. It seems like a silly change as it slows the line down.“
