“Have you ever been somewhere where you meet no strangers? That has been my experience every time at Chicken Salad Chick in Tanglewood Mall. This team, led by Jeremy, is absolutely amazing. Everyone treats you with the same kindness, the service is fast, and they always find a way to say yes to the customer — never a no. It’s just a genuinely great experience every visit.

“This little shop has great sandwiches! I had the teriyaki chicken sub lunch special delivered and it was fresh and hot. Good quality bread, white meat chicken. The fries are delicious—crunchy and not over salted. Definitely recommend!“

This store really impressed me. Tanvi and Gary were fast, clean, and even joked around with me. I enjoyed the quality and taste of my sandwich!! Definitely will be adding subway back to my go to places!“

“I was extremely impressed with the food quality, the customer service, and the cleanliness of the restaurant. I walked in to place my order and was greeted with enthusiasm. The employee was very knowledgeable and made some fantastic recommendations. The hot Bobbie and wagyu club was phenomenal. Make sure you check them out!!!“

“This place isn't bad but I wouldn't recommend. The nachos we ordered were a joke which is pictured. The salads are good. The potatoes are okay. The sandwiches are subpar and need to be better. Honestly, no matter what you order it looks very thrown together and nothing like the menu. do better.“

“We love Jersey Mike’s! This is probably our most frequented locations, and they often have varied staff. Yesterday when we went in, they were having checkout troubles. It took them a few minutes to figure out how to resolve the issues which caused a pretty big back up of customers. However, they figured it out and was very apologetic for the delay. They ran out of napkins after our order, but replenished them in a very timely manner. I wish I knew the gentleman‘s name at the checkout as he was very patient and apologetic for the delay.“
“Decided to stop at this Jersey Mike’s Subs 6116 location and was not disappointed! Ordered a Regular #13 sandwich and it was delicious when I got to eat it later when I got home!
This was my first time stopping at a Jersey Mike’s Subs location and I seriously want to think the manager, Phillip, and the staff working who was explaining my options! Everyone was very friendly and helpful!!!

“The guy behind the counter was great! Told him I just had gastric sleeve surgery and just wanted 2 ounces of meat. I asked if I could just get the "extra meat" menu item and they did it. 4 meatballs for $1.50. However, you guys might want to rethink the wording on this sign ROFL.“

“The GM at subway on plantation (Sara) is a bundle of energy that runs a tip top restaurant with service way beyond that of other Subway's, in the area, Sara also is the GM of two other locations in Roanoke that are run equally as well. She has support from the employees and is very supportive to them also. Want something good for lunch?Visit the Subway on plantation and you won't be sorry. .“

“I work up the street and eat here 3-5 times a week with coworkers as we all love it. The food is always delicious and the ingredients are always fresh. The associates are always very kind to us and in a good mood. Even when there aren't customers they're constanly cleaning keeping the store looking good. My go to is the turkey club on rosemary parm or the Philly on rosemary parm. I definitely recommend eating at this location. Great food and service!“

“Ordered yesterday and while eating pulled a long blonde hair from my sub and part of it was in my mouth. Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. It's not hard to put your hair up. I'm also pregnant and this made me physically get sick. Only ate a quarter of a giant sub and couldn't finish the rest. Usually never have problems with this location until now. When ordering for delivery on the Jersey Mike's app you don't get to choose which location you order from. So I will not be ordering anymore sadly... since this location won't regulate sanitary standards.“

“One of our most frequently visited Subways. Great location only 10 mins from us. Always great service at this location. Food is always fresh and excellent. Cleanliness is always present. If you dine in, the tables could be wiped down a little better. Clean restrooms. Parking usually isn't a problem but it's a smaller lot with 10-12 parking spaces. Papa John's pizza located next door at this location also. Mojo Custom Sportswear Custom shirts next door to Papa John's if you need custom screen printing. Thank you Subway for keeping it fresh!

“I recently stopped in for a meal. Right away I was welcomed and greeted by the employees behind the counter. They were very helpful in helping me with deciding what I wanted. I was treated like I was the only customer there. The two gentlemen behind the counter, were very pleasant and respectful. I appreciated their work ethic.“

“I was at the Vinton VA subway today for take out lunch for 2. I ordered the first and she was preparing my tuna sub. When she asked what kind of cheese, I said I couldn't have cheese. She asked if I have allergies. I said, yes, alpha gal. She immediately took her gloves off, washed her hands, went to get another knife, asked her coworker not to touch it, regloved, got out a fresh bun and made my sub. I was diagnosed with Alpha gal in July and this is the BEST, OVER THE TOP customer service I've had in a restruant since being diagnosed. Give her a raise! And thanks Subway for being aware and looking after customer allergic diets.“
