“I go to to Dunkin a lot and I've gone to most locations on the Virginia beach side of the Bay bridge tunnels. This location is one of if not the best store that I've been to. It's run like a Dunkin in New England. It's efficient it's fast there's never a line the only time I've ever had a problem is when a piece of equipment is broken but that's not the employees fault. There's never a line at the drive-thru my mobile order is always ready. This place is the gold standard for how a Dunkin should be run“
“This place is good in every way but 1, it's like an icebox in there, you cannot even eat in there because you and the family are shivering so bad.. my husband is a hot natured person and he said we ain't eating in there anymore.. however the service is spot on“
“Positive first because people are so quick to complain, and I've come here many times over the past 10 years and they are typically excellent. My iced coffee was perfect. Some locations are heavy handed with the pumps of flavor swirls and some are stingy, which vastly effects the sweetness of my drink. I have to get no sugar and ask for sugar packets on the side st any other location because I don't trust them. But today, my chipotle hashbrown wakeup wrap came with only 2 hashbrowns instead of 3. I feel silly complaining, but I was so hungry, and by the time I realized, I didn't have time to go back.“
“Oh my gosh, Best dunkin ever!!! After an extremely long day of work, i am greeted as soon as i walk in by a tall brunette boy. He was super nice and friendly, and he even made sure my coffee was fresh! Most places just serve you coffee that has been sitting in the pot for who knows how long, but not this one!! This will be my go-to spot from now on. 10/10!!!!“
“The staff is super friendly. Our order came out quickly, it so happens to be right next door to the Popeyes. That was just the worst thing I've ever experienced. The review is still on point for this place because I visited this place before and then again after the Popeyes.“
“The fact that these google reviews are between 1 and 5 stars says a lot. I have been coming to this specific Dunkin for a few years and I'd say starting from last summer it is at it's best. I interact with these employees every time I come here and from what I have seen, the workers are hilarious and they just keep it real, some customers are just entitled and illiterate. Just be nice to the employees. If you're sensitive, that is unfortunate because some of the employees will seem like they dont want to be there, but I promise you they are one of the nicest and funniest people who will serve you. They all work so well with each other and the energy is just right and everyone seems like they have a good time working together.
I have seen and heard stuff from both the employees and the ridiculous customers. From sitting in the drive thru and even coming inside the lobby. A few interactions between the employees and customers that I have witnessed were just ridiculous. The ones who were rude to the employees clearly have never worked in food/customer service because not only that the customer sounded dumb but they're full grown adults or elders and you would think they should know better yet they belittle people who handle their food and drinks. Most of the issues that happen are very little mistakes that can simply be fixed. The manager is very kind, just simply let her know what happened with your order and she'll work things out with you. It's not okay to treat people horribly just because of a simple mess up. I think what would make everyone's life easier, is if other customers don't like this location, yet they keep coming here, they should just go to the other Dunkin down the street off first colonial or on the boulevard, its not difficult at all. Which is what I do when I dislike a place and it makes me feel unwelcomed or if the environment is off. Seems like others are doing nothing but upsetting themselves and blaming the workers over something that they keep causing. Also, even if youre having a bad morning or day don't bring your problems onto them. I promise you, no one cares about your personal problems or life. TREAT OTHERS HOW YOU WANT TO BE TREATED! Like it or not, RESPECT GOES BOTH WAYS. Also, you don't know what battles people are fighting everyday. It doesn't cost a thing to be nice!
All in all, this is the best and cleanest Dunkin' I've been to. It's a plus that its down the street from me and I can either walk or drive there. I will ALWAYS come to this Dunkin!“
“This location has a great team. They seem to work well together to complete orders quickly and correctly. They have also been consistently kind. I went to a different location, and the quality of service and food/drink was not great — slow service, burnt-tasting coffee, sloppy sandwich with cold slice of cheese thrown on. Returned to this location and was not disappointed. They seem to always make my order just how I like it — yummy & sweet medium iced coffee with oatmilk, sugar, caramel, and coconut & a warm, well-made sandwich.“
“The drive-thru staff on March 23rd around 7 AM were absolutely amazing. I was a last-minute, high-maintenance customer, and they still handled everything I threw at them—my fault, not theirs—with patience and professionalism. They fixed all the issues on the spot and made sure I was well taken care of. I don’t usually leave reviews, but the service here really stood out. I’ll definitely be back.“
“I stopped in on Saturday 3/8/25 (early afternoon). A thin young Caucasian gentleman with some facial hair greeted me politely and took my order. His co-worker, a young African-American gentleman brought me out my hot fresh coffee and thanked me.
Both gentlemen called me sir.
The Caucasian employee brought out my sourdough breakfast sandwich (with turkey sausage, egg white, and cheese) all hot, fresh, made to order…and it was a generous portion and looked & tasted perfect. And he even thanked me after serving me order.
On my way out, the African-American employee thanked me again and wished me a good day.
Never judge a book by its cover. I try & live by that. I say that because these two young men looked like older high school students but they carried themselves like mature, courteous professionals.
I wish I would’ve got their names because they are to be commended. Thanks to them, that’s the best experience I’ve ever had at that Dunkin Donuts location. And I’ve been there a lot.
I recommend that they both get a raise and a bonus!“
“I had never been to this Dunkin before - and then today I accidentally ordered from this princess Anne location... I was in shambles because I thought it was my normal location and by the time I got to this location my coffee was melted (luckily the food was still warm for my husband), I was about to buy a new ocoffee when they just offered to make a new one. I can't express how much that made my morning! It really is the little things, they we kind and quick.“

“Called three other nearby DDs to pre-order 2x boxes of coffee. No answer. This store did answer. When I arrived, the employee was incredibly considerate. She was concerned I would be upset because the coffee was not ready ... she explained that she had found grounds in the coffee, so she brewed a new batch. Great customer service and quality. Nice job DD!“

“I'm from up north and this Dunkin got it on lock! Hot coffee is always perfectly hot even though I get it light and sweet and same for the breakfast sandwiches.... Hot.... cheese melted!

“As we pulled into the parking lot of Dunkin, there was plenty of parking. As we entered the establishment was clean and tidy. We were greeted by multiple members and served immediately! I ordered a hot chocolate and bacon, egg, and cheese with crispy bacon. Dunkin, you nailed it! My sandwich was incredible! The hot chocolate is the best!!! Very chocolately!
They even offered us a Dunkin cup for the service dog. (Whipped cream)
