“Wish I had his name! Shame in me. Online order, sent hubby in to pick up and he came out with 1 coffee. By the time I asked where mine was the guy came running out and said they were out of the milk I wanted and wanted to offer another. Made it amd brought to me in the parking lot. During morning rush at 7AM. That's great service and someone worth rewarding Dunkin!“

The drinks ?? ? cool..the speed of service was to damn fast the grilled cheese was a joke the cheese wasn't even melted no butter was barely toasted ? so disappointing And yes it may be just a sandwich but it wasn't to someone who was needing something from working a 12 hr shift. “I've been loving donuts here at Dunkin Donuts. They got great donuts around and I always loved the chocolate donut holes. Extra matcha & whipped cream.
With Black pepper bacon breakfast Croissant. Instead of microwaving the Croissants like some places do. They bake them flaky crisp and buttery. LOVE THEM.
It is a bit tricky to find drive thru. I usually turn at the 711 on pacific and go down between parking and old houses.then tien left for drive thru“

“There’s a number of one stars on here, but honestly don’t fault the employees or the Dunkin’ itself necessarily. I come quite a bit with my child for an after practice treat and there’s an almost abnormal amount of entitled and rude customers who are honestly belittling to the staff. Speaking of staff, it sometimes seems like the employees are stretched a little too thin at times but are trying their best with what they have. They’re always friendly and treat my child nicely. A note to others, though, that I’ve found — if the front doors are locked, but staff is inside, it’s more than likely currently drive-thru only at the moment, which I imagine can be attributed to the low staff but high customer ratio that happens on some days. One morning, though, I came pretty early in the morning and found the door locked, but one of the employees rushed over and apologized that it should have been unlocked. Overall, if you come to a place for a bite or a drink, treat it the same way you account for traffic when coming to work. Give yourself extra time. Your order taking a minute to be completed doesn’t mean you deserve to berate an employee who looks like they’re in high school and you’re a grown woman. All in all, I’ll obviously keep coming because, as stated, my kid and I come for a treat and it’s great for our bonding time, but the general public, I think, needs to work on recognizing Dunkin’ employees as fellow humans. It’s a little absurd some of the other customers I’ve witnessed at this particular establishment being very immature. Perhaps it’s a generational divide, but who knows nowadays.“

“I stopped in on Saturday 3/8/25 (early afternoon). A thin young Caucasian gentleman with some facial hair greeted me politely and took my order. His co-worker, a young African-American gentleman brought me out my hot fresh coffee and thanked me.

Both gentlemen called me sir.

The Caucasian employee brought out my sourdough breakfast sandwich (with turkey sausage, egg white, and cheese) all hot, fresh, made to order…and it was a generous portion and looked & tasted perfect. And he even thanked me after serving me order.

On my way out, the African-American employee thanked me again and wished me a good day.

Never judge a book by its cover. I try & live by that. I say that because these two young men looked like older high school students but they carried themselves like mature, courteous professionals.

I wish I would’ve got their names because they are to be commended. Thanks to them, that’s the best experience I’ve ever had at that Dunkin Donuts location. And I’ve been there a lot.

“Called three other nearby DDs to pre-order 2x boxes of coffee. No answer. This store did answer. When I arrived, the employee was incredibly considerate. She was concerned I would be upset because the coffee was not ready ... she explained that she had found grounds in the coffee, so she brewed a new batch. Great customer service and quality. I was a last-minute, high-maintenance customer, and they still handled everything I threw at them—my fault, not theirs—with patience and professionalism.
