This place is REALLY good. Inside is fancy but not too fancy, so dressing casually is acceptable. Service was good. Lots on the menu to choose from. Nice portions, not too big and not too small. We had 3 people and split 2 entrees and an app. It was the perfect amount of food.
They don’t offer you the dipping oil; well at least our waiter did not. BUT - we did ask if they...read full review

Awesome Fettuccini Alfredo pasta tastes homemade. The Veal Parm was also delicious. Very reasonable prices... Great Happy Hour as well! The atmosphere is very pretty but it can be a little loud. Highly recommend this restaurant 💕

Il Giardino Ristorante is an amazing place to eat, serving high-quality Italian food with great service. The menu features delicious dishes like tortellini della nonna, lasagna, brick oven pizza, and a popular linguine flounder special. The atmosphere is unique and pleasant, though it can be a bit noisy when busy, especially near serving stations. The staff is friendly and accommodating, with attentive waiters who provide excellent service, even on busy nights. While the prices may be a bit high, the overall experience is well worth it. Fresh bread and butter are served alongside dinner, making this restaurant a must-try when in Virginia Beach. The food comes out fast and is absolutely delicious, making it a favorite for families and groups alike. The bread oil dip is unbelievable with so many flavors. The mesculin salad is probably the best ever eaten and the fettuccine Alfredo is to die for. Clams casino were so crispy and fresh tasting. Carpaccio was sliced sooo thin and the linguine with clams had so many clams and the sauce was so flavorful. Chicken francese was cooked perfect. The salmon was a HUGE piece of fish and the chicken parm was a HUGE portion.
