Run here to try the birria tacos! Met friends here for lunch, and I was wondering what the Mexican food would be like here vs what I'm used to in CA. The server could not have been nicer and was so helpful. I ordered the birria tacos, and they were absolutely delicious! The beef was cooked to perfection and had so much flavor, and the dipping sauce even had a steak like char-broiled flavor (it reminds me of like a Mexican au jus). La Herradura offers solid Mexican cuisine. Chips and salsa come in strong, and the beef hard taco, with its tasty meat and fine white cheese, is a winner. Cheese dip hits the mark too. The chicken enchilada is super good as well. They do have the white saucebherw as well. Really good Coke. Service is friendly, though a bit unpolished—expect to ask for drink refills. Overall, it’s quickly becoming one of my favorite Mexican spots.
