“I just wanted to give a shoutout to the lady that is on the headset taking orders by night, she wears glasses on 11/08/2024. The great attitude and big smile on her face made me feel like she gets paid a million dollars to be there. Big big big Respect, I wish Panera’s drive thru had an option to tip by card. And this is not the first time she takes my order, she has the same attitude and smile every time I go there.“
“I placed a pickup order with the app however, when I arrived someone had taken my order. The staff member started remaking my order immediately. Shannon, the manager, heard my situation and offered a drink. I declined. He offered a bakery item. I said sure I’ll take a treat to my daughter. He bagged it and asked what else. I said that’s enough and he said, “this is for your daughter, get something for yourself”. He also offered a coffee. He apologized and thanked me for my patience, though I don’t think Panera was at fault.Shannon went above and beyond. This is the type of service that keeps customers loyal and coming back. “I do like it here. Spent many mornings last fall writing my book and studying for the Praxis. A few people are very friendly. I tend to sit next to the kitchen and do my work, and I'm pretty introverted in noisy areas. But find noisy areas keep me more focused than quiet ones. Thanks for a spot to get away to write.“
