“We ate dinner there last night and stayed in the Silo. All we can say is, "Wow!" The trout was out of this world, definitely highlight of our trip. Wish we ate there both nights of our getaway. Our dinner down the road was not nearly as amazing. Set the bar very high. We will just come back to the area to eat dinner here.”

“What a "Gem" in downtown Hot Springs, Virginia....A Must Stop ! The Wine and Charcuterie Board was excellent....lots of great cheeses, meats, dried fruits, breads, crackers & jams. Was our first time and we loved it, especially, once the bright lights were turned down and it made the atmosphere much cozier and relaxing.”

“Wow this place is the bomb! Walked in and greeted immediately. Great menu, so many choices & everything is homemade, it was hard to decide. And cocktails-omg the bloody Mary was to die for. we had sweet potato fries with our lunch. very nice restaurant!!! 5⭐ service. ty guys for making our lunch outstanding. big ups to the owners & staff..its a family place 👏”

“Our dinner was absolutely delicious! The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars for the service is because our server was very forgetful and we had to remind her multiple times about different items we have ordered. She was very cheerful and friendly otherwise ? We will definitely come to Jefferson's restaurant again.”

“We had Alex our first time visiting (for the weekend) and she was amazing! The dish that she recommended was the prime filet and Mac and cheese and it was to DIE FOR!! She asked if my boyfriend and I were celebrating anything and it was our anniversary so she made it feel special with this chocolate decoration! She was very exceptional!

Our second time visiting we had Travis! Even though we were outside he made it feel like my boyfriend and I were in an intimate setting and it was just the 2 of us in the restaurant!

“ordered our first pizza. got wings and 2 pizzas, $32. felt the wings were small and didn't get many. flavor was good for spicy one. pizza was more like a medium sized but tasted good not greasy. ingredient amount was awesome. Will get again. loved how you express your love for God on box.”

“We had a fantastic time during our 4 night stay. An unexpected highlight was the guided Gorge hike by Brian La Fountain. He is a naturalist, entertainer, and all around amazing person. My husband, I, and two tween/teen boys were thoroughly entertained and educated about the area! We loved breakfast at Audubon and so many other activities, but the hike was amazing and doesn’t get enough attention/praise!!!! Highly recommend making this a must do on your trip!”

“My husband and I needed a quick snack before checking into the OMNI homestead and we found this cute place. We both ordered Sandwhiches and they even had Gluten-free bread which was a win for my husband. I got the Fat Pat BLT and my husband got the Cascades Chicken Club and both were amazing! They also have a huge variety of drinks, snacks and chips. Everyone was so friendly!”

“We didn't stay at The Omni homestead but found this restaurants on list from google. We parked right by the hotel near Sam Snead restaurant and walked around to woodys! Wow! The food was beyond delicious. The staff was super friendly - esp Shawn! We would def be back for the food and friendliness. We got the chicken Parmesan, pizza, calamari and also truffle fries!”

“Unfortunately the restaurant has been closed since Hurricane Helene went through and caused a sewage backup. We have been told it is closed indefinitely. Hopefully just for the season.”
