“I’ve been coming here for years and always had a great experience. They serve some of the best Italian dishes in all on Northern VA. The place is really clean and the staff are very friendly. It seems to be a favorite spot for locals with a very family friendly vibe. I really like their fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and the Pollo Bryan. The calamari here is excellent at well. On Monday nights, they have a large 3 topping pizza for only $11.99 which is an amazing deal for a high quality brick oven pizza. They also have prime rib on Wednesday nights which I love to get too. Whenever I meet up with friends at Giradinos, they all say that the food is great too. I need to try some more of their entrees but it’s hard to when I really love getting what I’m used to. Highly recommend this place if you love Italian dishes, brick oven pizza and some good wine.“

“I love the Greek Chicken and the Greek soup is awesome! Very friendly staff with great service.The menu is massive, covering Greek specialties, Italian staples, pizza, burgers, and hot subs. The Greek food is where they really hit their stride—the gyro platter, chicken souvlaki, and homemade grape leaves are consistently fresh and packed with flavor. Their steak and cheese subs hit the mark, the pizza is solid, and the crab cakes are surprisingly good for a casual grill. Portions are huge across the board, so plan on taking food home or having the kids split a dish.“

“WOW! Extraordinary service. Mina went above and beyond by preparing a meal of pizza, salad, garlic knots and desserts for my group of 150. She responded to all my emails and calls promptly and confirmed that the order would be delivered on time for our group dinner. She arrived right at 6:30pm with a delicious hot meal just as we asked. As a special surprise, she put together 2 really tasty trays of desserts and a large pan of garlic knots...and this was unexpected but offered by her. That's the type of service Mina delivers...on time, hot, with a smile and a genuinely friendly heart. “This place was incredible. The service was excellent and everyone was super friendly. The servers were knowledgeable about the food and the drinks and were able to make recommendations when asked for them. On top of the food, we tried 3 different alcoholic beverages, their seasonal white, a sparkling rose, and limoncello. Each was incredible and paired great with the food. The entrees were really flavorful and unique and the desserts were perfectly balanced. Special shoutout to our waiter Angel for being incredbly kind and friendly! “Dinner here on our last night in the DC area and it was delicious! You can’t go wrong with any of the dishes, we are a family of 6 so tried several but the gnocchi and penne pollo were excellent! The pizza was also a hit. Even if you’re stuffed, try a dessert. Again, we loved them all. The tiramisu, cannolis, chocolate cake, and cherry gelato were the perfect ending to our meal. Great, friendly service with a cozy atmosphere and exceptional food. Definitely recommend! All 4 kids agree!“

“I wish 4.5 was an option, I would give it that rating. I just moved to the Landmark / west end Alex neighborhood so I'm trying out all the local places. I had the Sunday special which was hamburger steak and onions. I thought it was really good, the grilled onions added really nice flavor. I had it with rice which was a nice combination and a side salad. The Italian dressing was really delicious and the salad was fresh. My bf got a gyro and shoestring fries. He said the fries were really excellent and the gyro was okay. I liked that the menu had a few items typical of a Greek diner such as tuna salad plate and chef salad. They had a nice looking full bar with a few TVs and the dining area was nicely kept. Not overly fancy but nice. They had a breakfast menu but it's not served all day. We will definitely be going back to try a few other things like chicken parm or spaghetti and meatballs. I will def get the hamburger steak again. Total price for both meals plus one soda and one iced tea was $41 before the tip.“

“Zorba's Grilll has delirious food, good service and a very good atmosphere al at a reasonable price. My family, friends and I frequently dine at Zorba's. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who wants to have good food and and enjoyable meals in an inviting environment.“

“We love Paisano’s! The Pershing location has the best customer service and is always very fast. Their gyro greek salad is always fresh and crispy veggies and a hearty portion of meat. The house salad dressing is the bomb. Pizza always pleases my other household members, as well as spaghetti and meatballs with garlic bread. Shout out to Walter who called after our online order to make sure we really wanted one of our pizzas with no cheese (we did, and told him we appreciated his thoughtfulness and time to make sure). Genuine people and tasty fresh food at fabulous prices. What more could you ask?“

“Just stopped in to have an early dinner. The food and service were excellent. The atmosphere has changed. No pics on the walls. We were the only patrons in the dining room. No one else came in which was sad as this place is a wonderful gem. Food has always been delicious. Parking is tricky. But there are spaces in the alley behind with an entrance to the restaurant. Never disappointed!“
