“The pizza is phenomenal, and I'm from NY and hate all the pizza here in VA except this spot and one other out in the middle of nowhere.
With 2 exceptions, the staff here were all kind of flippant. Not rude or anything. They give of the vibe of wanting to get through their shift. The girl that greeted us seemed almost to not even really be there at all.
So why 5 stars for the service? Patrick.
I think he noticed my wife has some mobility issues, because he brought over or food and some of the shakers then engaged us with a cheerful attitude and I'm not just talking about as a staff member. The man engaged us as if we were friends he hasn't seen in awhile and was amazingly nice and made our visit go from a common place one to something outstanding. Thank you, Patrick! We appreciate you!“

“Don't get me wrong about the four stars for the food instead of five Taco Bell is what it is. My girlfriend always has a complicated order and this Taco Bell gets it right every time.

“New #1 Fast Food place for me. I'm from Ohio, so when I saw one on my way to Williamsburg I HAD to stop. I'm not a big fan of burgers at restaurants but these are some of the best burgers and overall food I had. The shakes are so good too, better than Steak n Shake, or even your local ice cream place. I wish there was one closer to Ohio where I live, but that's the only negative thing about it.“

“I was fed up with the Wendy’s on Richmond Road, so we decided to try the one on Monticello Road—and let me tell you, this location is a game-changer! The team here is amazing: super friendly, attentive, and they actually make your order exactly the way you want it.

Unlike other places, where you might have to deal with mistakes or attitudes, this Wendy’s gets it right every time. Their sandwiches are always fresh, and they take care of the little details, like leaving off mayonnaise or ketchup if you request it. That kind of attention really makes a difference.

One time, I had an issue with the mobile app. I had money loaded in it but couldn’t pay because the app wasn’t working. The staff went above and beyond trying to troubleshoot it, and when nothing worked, they didn’t even charge me! That level of customer service is rare these days.

If you’re looking for a Wendy’s that delivers on quality, friendliness, and fresh food, Monticello Road is the one to go to. Highly recommended !“

“I finally broke down and got the BBQ Bacon Sandwich and the Dragon Fruit Lemonade today and I am glad to say that they were both great. I would definitely recommend giving them a try before they are gone because they are seasonal. Delicious and great service.“

“Loved the first impression! Clean restroom, clean restroom. Friendly server s. Food was prepared like Hardee's says it will be. Loved the nostalgic photo decor. The Hardee's in Lightfoot, VA cannot compare to this one on 143 in Williamsbur, VA.

“We went there last night a little after 9 not sure what to expect, worried we wouldn’t have good food or service since it was close to closing time but we were immediately welcomed and greeted with a smile by Kaz. We had the best experience and great fresh food! Kaz is the picture of great customer service and I haven’t seen such service in a long time! Awesome job Kaz and crew on 12/29/21! We appreciate each and everyone of you! We will be back when we’re in the area!“

“I went inside to order my food, and I still had missing items in my order. They forgot 1 burger and the sauces for my kids' nuggets. I only go to McDonald's once in a while, it would be nice to know that my money/time isn't wasted.

Parking: This inside a small shopping center there is parking spaces near McDonald's or you can park in the shopping center.“

“Is it a Michelin restaurant? No. Did it greatly exceed my expectations? Yes. I ate here four or five times and was very satisfied each time. Easy to find healthy options. The food was quality and had great flavor. I particularly liked the sautéed green beans (a side with one of the specials), the NY strip with risotto and greens and the chicken wings with old bay.Also, the staff were absolutely terrific. Friendly, helpful, professional. First rate.Would not hesitate to eat here again!“
