“Excellent customer service for a rapid pickup order placed online for a lunchtime office meeting(10 people). The order was ready on-time and nicely packaged. 2 staffers went to extra lengths to ensure our order was accurate and had an friendly attitude as they communicated with patrons and employees. I wish I had asked for their names to give them the recognition they deserve. Well done!“
“Today I went by the drive through to get my food and when I went up to the window, I noticed my card was missing. When I told one of the servers at the window this, she went ahead and just gave me my food, telling me to not worry about paying. I thought it was really kind of her and the other servers especially since I was already in a hurry to get somewhere and was devastated to not have my card with me to pay. I am so grateful for what they did for me today especially since they work so hard for my meal, five stars for service! BTW food was delicious!“
