“Little charlies is the best pizza i ever had We are from DE and drive to VA at least quarterly just for this pizza! All started with the nacho pizza and i was addicted to everything they made from there. Everything is delicious with yummy crrispy but fluffy crust. You guys rock!“

“Got a pie to go on 10/9. I requested the pizza made with less cheese, extra sauce and cooked well done. The staff working made it perfect! The best pizza by far in the area. I’m from Manhattan and if you want NY style pizza this is the only place around that deserves your money.“

“Anna's has been providing pizza at the 5k to benefit The Arc of Greater Williamsburg, a local nonprofit serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, for many years. This year was no different - the team at Anna's showed up with the positive energy they're known for, smiles on their faces, and most delicious pizza we could ask for. Their kindness and generosity through this effort does not go unnoticed. People raved about how amazing their pizza is and more than that, how absolutely kind each person working was. “This is by far one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve ever been to! True authentic food. Wish we lived closer so we could go more often! Everything from the bread, pasta dishes, to the desserts are all homemade and SO good. We even had a musician come and serenade us! 10/10!!!“

“I have a vegetarian son, a dairy-and-seafood-free son, and I'm gluten-free and can't eat poultry. This place is GREAT for food restricted people! But it's also great for non-restricted people. We all got delicious pizzas and, because my son saw the sign at the register, we got a family deal that included two huge salads (AND they re-made one for us, so 3 huge salads). Service so friendly, I will absolutely be back.“

“Craft 31 is my favorite restaurant in Williamsburg, but this dinner in particular was the best experience we've ever had!! Our waitress was outstanding, and the manager was so kind. We dined in with our 1 year old baby, and the entire staff kept interacting with her and complimenting how cute she was. We felt so special and taken care of, truly an amazing visit. 10000/10!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“I ordered pizza for curbside pick up. I waited, watching pizzas being made and seeing young man keep touching his clothes (side of shirt) while he worked. Not clean behavior. I waited for over ten minutes and finally went in to pick up my cold pizza. So much for curbside delivery and the prepaid tip for that service….“

“Had a wonderful interaction with who I believe was the store lead on Nov 16. The store was busy however she had a contagiously positive outlook and with a friendly smile, was actively helpful with asking about customers orders, completing them and ect. Fantastic job!

“I have to say, I thought customer service was dead when it comes to young people… David at this location was fantastic. He greeted me with a smile, and was very genuine. Asked me if I was on vacation, I said Yes and He gave me a $16 discount off of the $85 order. I was highly impressed. I was expecting to pay full price like always but it’s nice to know that customer service still lives.Thank you David whenever I’m in the area, I will make sure that I will come to your store to feed my family“

“Wow! We decided on this restaurant impromptu, pulled up and literally walked into what felt like our family restaurant. Our server was kind, thorough, and super attentive. And the food was AMAZING. Everything was fresh, authentic and seasoned to perfection! My pics don’t do the food justice! We ordered what was recommended and I’m so glad we did. I asked for an aperol spritz during the lunch hour where Prosecco is not sold by the glass and the server went out of his way to make it happen for me. Surprise, surprise it was amazing! Thank you Ense for the service and hats off to the chef! We’ll be back with friends soon.“
