Absolutely the worst sonic I have ever been to.
Last night we were told it would be a 25min wait to PLACE an order. We left and went to bk and had zero issues.
Attempted to give it another shot tonight and omg.
It’s bad enough the prices are so inflated but it took 15 minutes to place an order because the girl taking the orders couldn’t handle “no pickles, onions or mustard”. Literally silence for over a minute until I said hello and I was snapped...read full review
October 10, 2021 Sunday. Went here to get a cherry limeade 44 and some food to bring home to eat. When i picked up the limeade 44 the bottom fell out on my dining room table went under the glass of the table on to wood on fabric and wood chairs and on my oriental carpet. A major disaster. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL THEM SINCE SUNDAY PHONE IS ALWAYS BUSY. Devastated to say the least.
Took forever to place the order and then the order close to 15 minutes to get filled. It was a chicken sandwich combo. The people inside purposely weren’t sending v it out because they got a “tude” any time we inquired why it was taking so long.
