“It's been awhile since we dined here but glad we made it out tonight. We were promptly seated and immediately greeted by our waiter (Melvin) who was fantastic. “Wow! This place was really good. We typically don't like chain restaurants. However, this Bahama Breeze surprised us. The Honey Butter Crispy Sandwich had a simple presentation but was full of flavor. Hubby paired it with a tasty bowl of Black beans and Rice. My Island Snapper was perfectly delicious-- colorfully put together with fresh mangoes, red onions and avocado, plus a generous portion of well seasoned snapper over a bed of white rice surrounded by a decadent lime sauce. For dessert, we shared the Flaming Pineapple Butter Cake. Again, just wow! The table side rum flambe was a great ending to our lunch. We enjoyed our Island Snapper so much that we ordered 2 more to take home for our dinner from our great server Logan.“
