Variety of menu options and the resultant food are wonderful and we enjoyed each meal we had there on our recent trip; as we always do. It was so good, I told my husband I’d drive the hour from our house just for a date night meal. Delicious! One FYI is that there are no meal options/menu for kids.”

“The whole family enjoyed an excellent meal tonight start to finish. Service was friendly and quick. The setting was beautiful. Salads were fresh and flavorful. Had the kalette appetizer which the whole table enjoyed. Entrees were fantastic! I had the rib eye. One son had the steak au poivre; another had haddock with heirloom tomatoes, and my husband had the pork chops. We all agreed it was a perfect meal. We ended the meal with wonderful desserts - maple creme brulee, marscapone cheesecake, banana bread pudding, and ice cream with a praline topping. Just the right size and sweetness to finish this wonderful meal. We hope to be back soon.”

“I did a wine tasting dinner at Lincoln Peak for a small group and it was fantastic. The winery is beautiful, and we were seated on a deck overlooking a pond and the vineyards, really a perfect setting. The wines were delicious, honestly I didn't think Vermont could produce great wine until I tasted these, our entire group was very impressed. Nichole, one of the owners, worked with me to arrange the event and was there to host us. She was great to work with, very helpful and responsive, and so knowledgable about the wines. Overall it was a fantastic event, and I'm looking forward to visiting Lincoln Peak again when I'm in the area.”

“I lived just up the road from 3 Squares for a few years. I went in for iced coffee nearly every day. No matter how busy it was, I was always greeted with a smile and felt like I was part of the 3 Squares family! To die for the best Italian in all of Middlebury if your new to town this is a great pick for anything Italian they got home made graveys lasagna you just can't stop eating the grinders are out of this world n don't get me started on that banger calimari truly cooked to perfection they have fresh seafood as well oh n escargo puff pastries!! This is my go to destination for now on when I come through or visit Middlebury the only bummer would be is they only have limited outdoor seating everything else I'd give 10 Stars if I could you can taste the love in every bite the owners I would assume we're cooking and the were just lovely people it was like I came home for dinner”

“This review is way overdue. We visited back in the fall. Tasting the wines was great, but the highlight was sampling Camilla's sherry. It tasted like Spain! It brought me back to a tapas place in Seville with one sip. Both she and her husband were warm and welcoming to two wine novices. A delightful surprise in Vergennes!”

The Sunday buffet is an absolute banger, and I’m not exaggerating when I say I haven’t missed a single Sunday in three years of studying here. Everything is always well-seasoned, hot, and refilled quickly, and the variety makes it easy to come back week after week without getting bored.

Also, full transparency: they’ve even given me free appetizers before, which was incredibly generous and just shows how much they care about their customers. If you’re anywhere near campus and want great Indian food with genuinely good people behind it, this place is the move.”

“I was super impressed to find a basic hot lunch here for under $20 including tip. Got the mini soup and mini flatbread combo. This week’s soup was brisket kimchi stew, which was frankly astoundingly, eye-wateringly salty but otherwise tasty as hell. The herbs and cheese flatbread was hands down great.

They’ve made a lot of design decisions and they don’t all go together, but at least someone on this godforsaken planet actually made choices about decor. I’m down with it.”

I've never had a bad meal, and as someone allergic to corn, I really appreciate that the bagels are all made traditionally without corn meal. I honestly think these bagels and donuts are the best in VT. They are certainly the best I've ever had in New England.”

“Had dinner there last night for the first time, it was delicious! The yellow chicken curry (asked for not spicy) had a little kick but tasted great and made for excellent leftovers for lunch. My friends had the spicy fried rice, chicken and broccoli with peanut sauce, and the strawberry lemonade. We were all very happy with our dinner and fantastic service!”
